Route 61 Diner

This is my first time here as I’m passing through. Everything was fantastic! I ordered the chicken souvlaki with sweet potato fries. My waitress Patricia insisted I tried dipping my my sweet potato fries in honey. It was not sickening sweet and I enjoyed it. The chili was a large bowl of homemade. This is a very clean diner and the owner came and met with me asking how the meal was. I would definitely come back.

Andrea was my waitress, she was very sweet and very funny! Her menu ideas are incredible… the waffle with ice cream? I mean come on!! Delicious! 10/10 would recommend we need more of these ideas especially late nights! She was very attentive to our needs and asked if we needed refills and didn’t rush us in any way. I come quite often, she has been the best!

Great breakfast spot . Potatoes on point . Scrapple fried to perfection and quality ingredients. Yummy

Andrea is the best she always on top of everything and it's never a dull moment with her which you don't know how much you appreciate till she not there I missed her on wensday tell the owners she cant have a day off because my experience there was not the same she was missed

We were seated right away the waitress was super kind and attentive. Their food was sooooo delicious and so fresh and sooooooo good. The breakfast omelette was so yummy and beautifully made. Their homes fries were crispy yet soft at the same time and their disco fries (Bacon cheese fries...made with delicious fresh bacon) were to die for. I would absolutely be coming back.

What a great place. Everything is clean. The food was great and the portions were fantastic. I will definitely go here again!! I had the lasagna and was pleasantly surprised with it. WOW!!

Absolutely delicious. Was driving by and decided to go in. Very expansive menu; if you have trouble finding something to eat you must have a problem... Service was good and the prices were reasonable. I got one of the Friday night dinner specials and was surprised how much food I got for my money. I have already recommended this place to friends.

Good dinner food, but honestly, the staff knocked it out of the part. The hostess and our waitress were so friendly and nice! Great vibes.

Glad they have the salad bar open till 10 pm. Got yhe stuffed chicken breast with Crab meat. That was very good. Will go back soon

The best ever...cannot find anything to complain about even if I tried... excellent parking area.... the best greetings as you walk in the door ... awesome food ...prime temperature

The 61 diner is my all time go to diner when I can not figure out what I would like to eat. I absolutely love their crab cakes! My wife loves their chicken sandwiches or their grilled cheese sandwiches. Their salad bar is really great! If you leave hungry, then it is your own fault! I definitely recommend a visit to the sixty one diner 😎👍🇺🇲

Another of my go- to's, 61 has great diner food. Choices for meat sides at breakfast include Philly style scrapple done perfectly and just crispy enough. They nailed it.
One Sunday evening, I thoroughly enjoyed a highly recommended to me Chicken Parm with Spaghetti. Truly no joke, the chicken cutlet was fried perfectly and the pasta cooked (just about for most tastes) aldente.
Family operated by a very hospitable management team who interact with guests and are truly happy to see you upon your return.
You can ride the Reading excursions as many do after they've eaten. I'll bet this place is a destination for many passengers from both ends of the line. Bravissimo Abdul and your excellent crew both in front and back of the house.

This lady is absolutely amazing! She took care of me beyond expectations and as a humanitarian given the time I ordered with DoorDash and they never delivered! Basically I ordered for pick up by accident and called them to switch to delivery and they hung up! Even after me offering to pay the the difference…

Andrea saved the day which I’m sure she has done many times!

Food is good diner food. Some things are really awesome, others are okay, but I haven't had anything bad here. The milkshake was yummy too!

First time here under the new owner. We had a great time and our food was delicious. 2 thumbs up!

Great place to go with your family. Breakfast is my favorite anytime of the day!! Owner and staff are very friendly :-)
