In response to the complaint concerning the cracked oil filter housing on Eric Quaintence"s vehicle. we have oil changed this vehicle for 4 years with no issue. Last oil change done dec. 2023. the leak was brought to our attention on March 6, 2024. Over two months after oil change in December. The 3.6 liter engines have a plastic housing which fails very frequently. It can be seals, or canister. Dorman makes an aluminum housing replacement because of this issue. If we damaged it, it would have leaked immediately. To blame us for this part that fails frequently is very unfair.it was not leaking when it left our business.

Richard Hassler is an old friend of my husband's and he has a wonderful staff working for him and when I left him a message that my Bill had died 5/5/21 he got back to me right away to send me his condolences they are all awesome there and they treat you like family!!!!!

Took my perfectly fine vehicle to get an oil change. A couple months later I notice oil spots in my driveway. Took vehicle back to Hasslers since they did my last oil change. Guy tells me it will cost 450 to fix my cracked oil filter housing. Oil filter housing wasn't cracked until they got their hands on it. Won't be going back there again.
