Do not hire Amy! She has now represented my husband for 2 years now. I told Ms. Miller from the very beginning that my husband had/has been lying from the onset of Custody. Almost 6 years now. She told me if she found out my husband was lying, she would fire him. I showed her FACTS that he has lied on previous Petitions. I sent her emails. I showed her things that any Parent would be worried about. She has lied on Petitions, stating I alleged things, which I did no such thing. In fact, again, I showed her facts. How can you allege Police Involvement with Minor Children, when there is Incident Number??? To be clear, there is no liable here, nor is it slander, defamation of character. Amy is unethical in her Practices. FACTS!!!! She has been apart of the trauma that has impacted MY CHILDREN in some of the worst ways.
