Dr. Chelious is completely amazing I have had him since I moved up here from Macgomery County, Dr Eckert was also a great doctor he is now retired , and I know they are severely short staffed through the whole tower network, I would give five stars but the only downside is that getting an appointment in to see them is very hard and usually months away. So I end up going to urgent care which is rough right now with Covid and having young children and constantly needing doctors notes for return to school and childcare. The weight at urgent care is sometimes three hours in the car. However based on this actual practice and the doctors I would highly recommend.

I have no problems with them. I've been dealing with them for quite some time now, and completely satisfied. The people there are very pleasant and approachable.

I like Dr. Chelius and Dr. Rutherford, but Dr. Eckert is disrespectful! I went in today and he started talking about my weight. I told him that I had to stop exercising lately because my sciatica is acting up and it hurts to even go up the stairs to my 3rd floor apt. He then said, "but you have no problem walking to the fridge"! I didn't laugh and he had the nerve to say it was a joke! You don't know my life and that I have been badly depressed for a while, that made it worse!

Exeter Healthways in Reading , PA. Not even under new management this facilty is good. Bad customer service, one Dr. , PA and nurses. Very slow service no matter how in advance you schedule your ap.The secretaries are so rude....impossible to schedule a day for a Physical, every time I called I feel like I am begging for a Spot, They treat you like if you are on Medicare or Medicaid. About to leave this clinic.

So many different Doctors, PA and NP. Nothing steady. It always someone different seeing the patients. No continuity!
