My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Kelly Hyundai. Our Salesman was Taylor, who went above and beyond helping us with our purchase of our Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Taylor isn’t a pushy salesman, which made the experience stress free.
We also got to meet Mike the detail manager, who cleaned and detailed our car. He does phenomenal work.
Everybody we met and dealt with at this dealership, was very nice and made you feel like family. I purchased many vehicles in my life, and this was the best experience at a car dealership I ever experienced. Thanks Taylor, and I’m sure you will be seeing us again in the future.

Lindsay Leytem was fantastic, she made my whole experience stress free. Even when I ran into issues durning my purchase, she kept the buying process moving by completing other task that most dealerships make you wait around for. The whole experience was a smooth and caring process. From my conversation with Fallon Roos about my new car inquiry, to Lindsay Leytem being thoroughly understanding of my wants and needs in a vehicle; everyone in that Hyundai building deserves a raise.

We live over an hour away. Oliver was great! provided us with a personalized video of car and its features before arrival. He also stayed in contact with us the entire week allowing us to provide documents which cut our time at the dealership in half at time of purchase.

I dealt with Richard Scott for my regular maintenance visit. He was extremely helpful and professional. He made sure all my records were accurate . Not something you see everyday anymore! I chose to wait for my vehicle. The waiting area was pleasant and clean. Complimentary coffee and water. Popcorn was a nice touch as well. I was able to take care of some work with their complimentary WiFi. Was asked a few times by other employees if they could do anything for me. It was obvious the dealership cares about their customers after the sale. Would highly recommend the dealership for your service needs.

I had a great experience for my first visit to this dealership. I will continue to take my car there for service needs until I buy my next car with them. Everyone I talked to was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with service. They fixed me up in a brand new loaner car while my warranty repair was completed. They rushed parts to expedite service due to my heat not working in the cold December weather. I scheduled within a week which was impressive. They didn't try to sell any unnecessary products, and they were thorough with explaining the diagnostic results with me. They even gave me detailed instructions when I called to ask if they have a drop box. The buildings are clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed. I will recommend Kelly Hyundai to everyone!

We had a great experience with Oliver and the rest of the team. We were always short on time and they were all very patient with us and even staying later after they closed, that’s great commitment. Our car is a perfect fit for us and they worked with our budget. We will recommend to others and when the time comes for another vehicle we are going to make that trip from Emmaus to Hamburg. I called today with a lot of questions and issues I needed help with. I was very fortunate to speak to Sherilyn Leibenguth who was very friendly and extremely helpful. She went back and forth to get me the answers I needed rather then pass me off or simply say she doesn't know. Sherilyn was committed to getting me all the answers I needed without regard to the time I had her on the phone. She is a credit and asset to Kelly Hyundai and I would be a customer just based on my experience with her. It is very rare to find a person in customer service like her in today's world. She made me feel respected and valued. I want to thank the person who hired her! Sherilyn made my day and gave me a great impression of Kelly Hyundai. She is a keeper for sure.
