This was my 1st getting my car serviced at this dealership since my move from Florida. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I did not have to wait long at all for my car to be serviced. Service department was amazing. I showed up early and was happily welcomed. I was there for a simple oil change, tire roto. Was informed that my next visit would include some additional recommended maintenance, which was refreshing since they were open and honest about it. Visit took about 18 minutes in total. I continue to have a great experience here at O'Neil Buick GMC.

Steve, Mike, and Brian all helped to make this experience by far the best I'd had in my way too long car buying journey. There was no false online pricing to bait me in like I'd experienced at far too many other dealerships. I got the car I wanted at the price I'd hoped for. Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful as a salesman and insisted on getting an issue with the rotors fixed before the car could leave the lot, which was promptly taken care of. Mike helped with the financial end of everything and even got me 5 years of tire replacement and road side assistance for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Service woman who directs calls is very rude. She transferred me right in the middle of a sentence. I told her I was trying to make an oil change appt 3 times and she assumes I tried to call all in the same day when it was three separate days. She needs to be re trained in customer service. Over all the other people are very kind.
