Second time to this store. This store is spotless employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Sean in the archery department. Young enthusiastic very knowledgeable and accommodating. Because of the great customer service I dont need to go anywhere else...and i drive 45minutes to get there.Very competitive pricing.
I hope sportsman's realizes what a great team they have working for them!!

Recently purchased a rifle online. Got a confirmation email then another email stating my order was ready for pick up. Set up an appointment time online to pick up the item. Once I arrived I was informed that background checks were taking longer than normal because of a gun show in oaks. No biggie, I told them to give a me call when the check came through. I stopped by a friends house in the area and called in a few hours later to confirm I was good and picked up my new savage. How much easier can it get! Everyone at the gun counter was friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. First, the website is very up to date, clean and easy to navigate. The staff, especially the young lady I had spoken to, was very patient with me. She is kind and sweet and I really appreciated her helping me. I purchased a toy for my grandson’s birthday. He loved it!

Anyone is so helpful!!!! I ordered a firearm online and picked it up today. They helped me go through any process. It passed quickly. I filed the form, shopping around there for a while. Then all are set!! This is the second purchase there. Good experience.

Sean in the archery department is the man! He’s super knowledgeable and helpful. Got my bow tuned up in no time. Give this man a raise. Awesome guy.

Great experience with Sean in the hunting/archery department. Very helpful with compound bow selection and setup for new archer interested in hunting. Lots of tips and suggestions. Definitely going back.

Great prices here.. lots to look at. If I had one complaint it would be that there isn't a ton of camping stuff. Other than that, whenever I'm in this shopping center I make sure to stop in and look around.

Great store with a large selection of outdoorsy stuff. The staff was also very friendly, attentive, and helpful at the gun counter. The manager (Anthony) went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and was very patient every step of the way. I'd gladly do business here again.

It was my first time visiting this store and from the Get Go it was so friendly and the staff was so knowledgeable we had a young lady at first behind the counter who was very knowledgeable about the guns in stock and then had even more knowledge when asked about the Gunsafes this place is awesome and looking firward to my next visit

Great place for getting hunting and fishing gear as well as camping and barbecue supplies.

First I'd like to say, as a Spanish, tattoo covered male I've always been iffy about going to certain places with the fear I'd get treated a certain way. Especially with the experiences I've had. That's just how it is sometimes. As I walked in Sportsman's Warehouse, I expected to feel a little uneasy about how I would be treated. I walked through the store to the counter to pick up a firearm I purchased online. As I stood there waiting patiently for my turn not realizing the counter closed in the next ten minutes, I thought they would turn me away and tell me to come back the next day, but they didn't. Even right before the counter closed , they worked with me and allowed me to continue with my background check and leave with my firearm. The three employees I dealt with were all friendly and knowledgeable. Even had other customers talking to me about other firearms and ammo choices. I had a great experience here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here.

Grand opening was great. Got to speak with manufacturer reps for Beretta and Vortex optics. Great store and nice people. Carl there gave my daughter a balloon because she was going nuts about them(she's 2). Definitely saved my sanity for the experience.

Came from New Jersey to check this store out. It is a nice size and they had a lot of helpful employees. I bought some fishing tackle. They have a huge selection of fishing gear. The gun counter was busy and the gun selection was good. They had a decent supply of ammo too. It's a nice store and closer to me than Basspro. The people here are way better to talk to also.
