Penn State Health St. Joseph Downtown Campus

I have been a patient of Dr Victoria Stella for 10-11 yrs and have nothing but positive things to say about her and all of her staff. She works there because she truly cares for people in need. I read some reviews on here and had to shake my head when someone said they weren’t good with her back emergency. They’re not an urgent care and I’m certain they kindly worked her into their schedule.

Dr Stella is not only extremely knowledgeable as an internist — she’s very kind, thoughtful, organized & has called me personally with test results. I consider her a friend.

My only regret will be when she retires. I’m personally hoping she never stops working but she deserves all the happiness that retirement will bring after going to bat for every patient she has taken care of medically. I’ll never be able to truly replace her because she’s set the bar so high.

Her staff has been shifted around throughout the years but I have known the nurses, receptionists, schedulers & prescription staff for years. We laugh a lot and they are all very reliable, knowledgeable and caring.

I have just moved to PA also and happened to get pregnant. I was attending berks community health center which is associated with reading hospital and I was told I had to give birth there. Working with berks community health center I had appointments cancelled on me due to how busy they were. I had to attend Reading Hosptial for ultrasounds and never heard from them; I would call and no response. As insane as that sounds nothing was getting done to assure my health and my baby's health were on the right track. I had not met with the ob/gyn, had any blood drawn or had done the genetic testing all while being 4 months. I am 5 months now and have seen the ob/gyn, got multiple ultrasounds, and did the genetic testing all in a month of working with St. Joseph. The clinc has a sense of urgency and care for you as a patient.

I have been going here since 2014 and i love it no problems at all they treat me amazing and also my daughter .. I leave a message to schedule an appointment and get a call back the same day..

i had a dental implant placed. No complaints. Dr. Kosenske is great!

The clinic is clean they treat you with hospitality and they are respectful. The only thing is the wait ughhh
