It's very rare that a physician takes his own vitals! Love this practice, Dr Lien and Co are very kind and they actually have appointments when you need them! Highly recommend

I've been going to Dr. Lein since I was a child. He is awesome. He jokes with you but is also super honest. He cares and will take the time to answer your questions and explain things to you. There's a reason I've been going to him for so long. He's the best and his staff is amazing!

I was in need of a PCP when mine retired and this was the only practice locally taking new patients, and it soon became very apparent why they had ample availability. He has a terrible bed side manner when dealing with patients and his office staff are rude and uncaring. I could say so much more but it wouldnt be worthwhile to relive it, just please look somewhere else. He quite literally is the worst physician Ive had or known. Im a nurse so I know so many physicians, and thats really saying something.

He only schedules appointments one day ahead of time. Which means if you are not one of the first people to call in the morning for the following day, you are out of luck and need to try again tomorrow. I said this makes it very difficult to plan an appointment and the receptionist stated it was the doctors policy with no explanation. I feel like going to see your own doctor shouldn't be a lottery system. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week now. Good luck if you are seriously sick. I am actively looking for a new doctor.

I was a patient since I was a child. Requested an appointment at 32 and they denied me because I hadn't been there for 7 years. Sorry I was healthy for 7 years. I was told after 3 years of not coming in I'm not a patient and we're not taking new patients. Great Healthcare 👍 I needed a doctor and they denied me. I have insurance and everything. Unreal

This is a horrible doctor. Do not recommend. Communication is downright terrible when it isn't completely nonexistent. He's on random vacations or at home pretty much any time you need an appointment, so don't expect much availability. As others have stated, he is rude and disrespectful, and in general does not seem to care about the patients.

If I could give no stars I would. I had put off doctoring for a while, and finally got the nerve up to go because of some symptoms, and this guy was horrible. Shamed me, shamed me and shamed me for not doctoring. I kept my cool, despite my instinct to stand up and run out, and I said "this isn't going to work out (as new pcp), because I came to you, for some help, not to be spoken to like this". And he told me he had to talk to me like that. Then proceeded to write up lab work for the next appointment as if he didn't hear me, as if I would ever step foot in that place again. This is the sort of doctor that should not be in practice. He doesn't care what your history is, and has the worst manners, 1 appointment with him, if you already have white coat syndrome and been traumatized by horrible doctors in the past, might make you never go to a doctor again. I sucked it up and went to a different local practice, and was treated with decency and care. No one in the world deserves to be treated the way he treats people. His staff is super kind and nice though, and the salt water fish tank is beautiful. For a doctor, run the other way.

This doctor is a joke needed help with a foot problem I was retaining water and he told me I was fat shamed me and talk to me so rudely I couldn’t even believe it!! I left crying wishing I would’ve spoke up for myself ,,now that’s my only regret. Stared at his iPad the whole time didn’t even look at me in the face.
