Despite what people say planet isn’t bad. They offer personal training classes with any membership. They are 30 minutes but you can sign up for more than one. They have the massage chairs and always have tootsie rolls out. Everyone has been kind to me and my guests.

Everyone has been SUPER helpful! It’s my first time ever at a gym. I was definitely self conscious about myself. The manager was incredibly nice and made sure I felt welcome and helped me sign up for some classes. Ana (I think) took the time and showed me around the entire gym and explained what all the equipment did and how to use it. She checked in on me today as she passed by during her shift. I love that I don’t feel like I’m being stared at or judged by anyone even though I’m bigger than most people there (for now). I have already invited friends to go with me and will keep on recommending it!

I haven't been here since 2015, and to see how awesome this place looks is great! Recently started going again, and I had a good workout and plenty of space to do things and get stuff done. Will definitely be coming back !

The workers are really welcoming and helpful and the the variety of machines is great some of the machines are a little squeaky mostly the ab crunch machines, they keep it very clean continuously cleaning it, i swear almost every time i come they are cleaning it, but overall I love it there

Planet Fitness has so much to offer its members. The staff is awesome, equipment- state of the art, and free training classes are phenomenal. The gym is immaculate and all Covid guidelines are followed. I would like to personally thank Kathy Daniels, personal trainer at the Temple Pennsylvania planet fitness. Her classes are amazing and she has made me feel better about myself since joining the gym. She is organized, structured, and helps members achieve their fitness goals. If you haven’t taken a class, try one. You’ll definitely come back for more classes. This Planet Fitness deserves 10 stars!

Although I'm not one to typically leave reviews, I feel compelled to share my positive experience at this establishment. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Moreover, I am consistently impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the gym. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service provided. Thank you all for your efforts; it is truly appreciated.

Very clean and spacious. Even more so since the remodel. One of the few Planet Fitness locations in the area with a full PF 360 tower. Great value for dollar with a membership here. Would definitely recommend.

Supported ,and feel like this gym help me take the steps on getting back into the gym after 6 kids.

It has a good variety of new equipment. Very good staff that keeps a nice and clean environment at all times! Very convenient at an affordable monthly rate.

Really loved the atmosphere, it's upbeat. Definitely recommend it.

I go at 5am so it's very dead about 5 people by 6am it's almost a full house you are responsible for cleaning the equipment after you use it. 99% of the people do this. The equipment is rarely broke and staff are kind and walk around and clean up as well. I have not used the massager tanning bed or aqua beds here but at other locations amazing

I have been a member of this location for quite some time and currently this location has improved exponentially.

The amenities and remodeling has been impressively upgraded which of course is a plus but I am one who believes that personnel are paramount to an operation’s success

Rebecca the assistant manager/supervisor is one of those you employ that stands out. She is attentive to the members needs and is pleasant while doing so. She is very interactive throughout the club and does not just stay behind the reception desk. I see her routinely observing the facility making sure all is above standard.
She is a knowledgeable and pleasant addition to you company

Probably the best maintained franchise in this group. I was pleasantly surprised given the location. Clean club friendly staff simple layout. It's all the judgement free mediocre equipment cheap monthly fee you're looking for.

Planet Fitness at the Cressona Mall, is one of the better gyms that I have been to in the area. They really are a judgment free zone. I am an avid exerciser. My girlfriend, however hot she is...was not. Notice I said was, because after the first couple times we visited Planet Fitness together, and we wasn't judged, snickered at, or what have you, at having to be spotted doing a pushup...she now motivates me to go, even on days I'd rather not!!!! Keep up the good work, and keep those cleaning bottles full!!!
