If you want someone that really knows her stuff and will do all she can to help you with your insurance and ensure you have the coverages that you need then Melissa is the one to go to. Melissa also takes the time to explain the coverages so you can understand them.

I had to get coverage for my car remotely because I was out of state and the kindest lady responded back to my email within hours and helped me set up a new insurance account, direct deposit and my online account. All of that with multiple discounts and better rates for the same amount of coverage that I had on my previous insurance. She also contacted PennDot to notify them of my new status. Highly recommended!

Initial set up was great-communication awesome
after that, do not receive response to e mails-although issues are addressed-you have no clue that the e mail was received and questions are not answered

Stopped by to pay my renters insurance. Allstate insurance does not accept cash for payment. That is not the agents fault, they are just following Allstate company policy.
