Everytime I've stopped in for a fresh pair of Slip-Ons, the vibe was always right in this particular Vans store. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and that goes a long way for me. 🤙🤙🤙

The two gentlemen that helped me and my daughter pick out shoes/clothes recently were so friendly and helpful. Best service from a Vans store - although I've never received any service less than great!

This location is great. The staff are very helpful and courteous. When you enter the store you are always greeted, without feeling cramped. In my experience, the number of associates working has matched the volume of mall shoppers any time I have visited, and if you need assistance you will have it without waiting. Associates are knowledge, not only about their products, but also about the current sales and will inform you of possible savings. All together, a good experience. Final thought, ultra ranges, pillows i wear on my feet?

I've visited this store more times than I can count now... and every single time, I've encountered fabulous customer service.
Whichever sales associate helps us, they always take the time to show plenty of options and check sizes, etc. They're always knowledgeable and helpful.

Just to clear up any confusion and prevent folks from repeating my mistakes: THIS IS A Sneaker Store, they do not sell vans. Conversion, mini, touring, or otherwise. No accessories for said motor vehicles either....I had been in the market for a 92 Dodge with the Regency King plus conversion and decided to go ahead and take a ride to this "VANS" on a whim....to my initial dismay I found this to be what I would only describe as a shoe store for shiftless layabouts and Reefer junkies but having taken the hour ride I decided to look around...... the Excellent staff were attentive and patient through my visit and didn't treat me like an inconvenience when my kids had to try multiple sizes of shoe and even when the boy went and lit the trashcan on fire! (He's what they call ART-TISTIC,)

Long story short I ended up with some Port Low Chukkas and a big smile on my face. Best misunderstanding I've ever had. Still hunting that Dodge if anybody is selling....thanks and have a great life!!!!

Clean store, friendly staff. Haven't worn Vans since around 2014 but wanted to change up my style. Staff was very helpful and informative when showing me their shoes

Geared to skateboarders. Great selection of canvas sneakers. Good grip on soles. Fine selection of shorts, jeans, and tees.
Large free parking lot with handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls in mall
Wheelchair accessible. Staff was very friendly. Store well stocked and maintained.

Staff was very helpful and they were able to describe the product to help me to choose the footwear I needed for my son.

Great service, great options, great prices. The staff are super helpful and very pleasant. I loved the variety of patterns to choose from. So much so that I couldn't choose one and ending up buying three.

Great customer service. Staff was very helpful. Also I'm impressed with a new program/donation program. This program is supporting kids with needs an opportunity to learn how to surf or skate. Way to go !!

I love this place and respect it, to its fullest. They have such nice people working there. I even got help, the minute I stepped in there. It wasn't as if I need to ask, they were right there, wanting to help and assist me. I suggest others to visit Vans too.

I dealt with Kevin Martin who was an extreme professional. My girlfriend & I went in to purchase some vans & Kevin took the time to ensure I got the pair I wanted but most importantly his knowledge of sizes & variations of sizes within the brand from leather , to canvas , to mesh & how they would eventually fit was perfect. He did a great job & would highly recommend the store but most importantly Kevin . One disappointment was that they did not have my size in stock . Kevin ordered them on line & had them shipped to my house @ no additional expense .

Both Jessikah and Bernadette were very helpful as well as patient with me as I struggled to explain what I was looking for. At no point did they even give off a hint of annoyance or attitude while I struggled and four pairs of shoes later got exactly what I was looking for.

Every time I come in this store I’m always treated with great service and they’re the only shoe store in the mall that checks what shoe size the kids are and takes and put on there shoes to try them out they’re very kid friendly and just have all around great customer service I will continue to come to this store to buy me and my family sneakers

Friday 9/27/19 I stopped by to look at some shoes and had no intention on buying till Tori Chima sold me on a pair of Vans Sk8 Hi Pro’s and they’re absolutely awesome! I’ll definitely becoming back for more shoes very soon!

Staff were so amazingly helpful....we had a small baby with us and they were so kind and patient to our needs.
Shoes were purchased for mum and baby and free socks recieved too 👍

Returned some shoes and ordered another pair in store. The associates were awesome with helping me.

staff was amazing, went in with my newborn in his torkler and they offered to move any fixtures preventing us from getting around. wonderful service!
