Finish Line

Bought my wife a pair of Huaraches for Christmas at the Quaker Bridge location, but she needed a larger size. QB didn't have them and wasn't able to help. I called Neshaminy and a gentleman named William picked up. He checked the store inventory, the district inventory and the online inventory to no avail. Before I hung up, he asked me to hold while he tried one more thing. He came back on the phone and informed me the shoe was available in a North Jersey location. He mentioned transferring it, but I told him I was passing that store the next day. He then asked the manager to hold it for me because I was struggling to locate the shoe. William's customer service and attentiveness (on the phone... during the crazy Holiday season) was literally the best I've experienced. And not because he got the result I was looking for, but because he went above and beyond. For that, my next sneaker purchase will be from Finish Line Neshaminy from William.

Very clean inside, fast item pick up and I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes 3 days before Christmas! Not to mention the shoes I purchased were actually in stock even though they were sold out at all other locations near me. I also would like to point that the stores associate was very polite, fast-paced and helpful.

I had an issue with sneakers I bought a few months ago & the store manager allowed me to exchange them. (It was a manufacturer's defect). I was nervous bc I didn't have my receipt, but the staff was understanding and gave me no issues at all. The manager, Will, was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and made great suggestions. I'll definitely return to this store!

At store #329 at Neshaminy mall there are 2 gentlemen who work there, their names are Will and Joe. They had made my grandson sneaker shopping a lot of fun!!! They are very kind and very helpful with their customers!!!
They definitely deserve a promotion!!!

All Finish Line are the best they have all the latest brand's of sneakers they have great sales and great clearances and if they don't have your size they will have the sneakers mailed to your house or home at no additional cost it's free that's what I'm talking about I buy most of my sneakers from Finish Line. 😎😎🤗🤗👍👍🙌🙌💪💪

The saleswoman was awesome, she brought out several pairs of shoes to besure that I was a completely satisfied with my purchase. I give her and Finish Line two thumbs up !!

The only place i go for sneakers..they always have a large selection and if they dont have something in tge store they ship it to my house for free.

They ask me if I want socks with my shoe! I get nice shoes with 3 pack sock!
