Ben and his crew are always super quick to respond. We have called him multiple times. I asked him a bunch of questions and what the best possible course of action to take was. He answered all of my questions and gave me the guidance to make the right decision.

Excellent service call. An unexpected kitchen sink clog that proved too stubborn for us to solve was easily taken care of by plumbing technician, Collin. Everything was perfectly executed from start to finish. Collin quickly surveyed the situation, analyzed the plumbing and construction throughout the affected areas and resolved the problem. Pretty sure Collin left our kitchen sink and surrounding work area cleaner than when he arrived too. The appointment was easy to schedule, communication clear, arrival to home right on schedule. Thank you for a great experience.

We've worked with BP Wastewater over several service calls. They repaired broken floats and pumps at our pump station, as well as addressed a leak in our septic mound. Everyone in the company we worked with (office staff, technicians, and owner) was friendly and respectful. They are clearly customer-centered--from their quick response time, desire to include us in solutions, and willingness to answer any questions. I absolutely recommend BP!

Talk about service!! They were able to schedule a preventative appointment in less than 24 hours, unheard of!! We were contacted with an ETA, they were early. John was the friendly technician who got to deal with our lovely root bound mess, handled it without a problem. He gave me a few suggestions, one of which was to schedule a routine cleaning annually which I did. I’ve experienced nothing but friendly, efficient customer service, THANK-YOU!

Initially I contacted BP Waste Water Based on their reviews. I had a pretty severe infrastructure issue, so I called BP And spoke with I found out later the owner, who answered the phone that’s always a good sign! Ben came out. Had his guys on my property that day. BP has every type of equipment that can manage any issues that occur
while correcting any type of septic issue. I’ll keep this brief I had a complicated issue Ben A lot of time Educating me, and did his very best to make it the least expensive he could given the set of circumstances. BP Waste Water cares more about their reputation by doing quality work than the money. You could say I recommend them If you have a septic issue.

BP Wastewater completely replaced my sewer line for my home. We had multiple estimates done and BP Wastewater was the most affordable in the area. There staff was personable upon arrival and good at answering questions and explaining the process. There never felt like there was any pressure to replace the line fully until we were ready. About a year after the line was replaced there was a small leak due to a small mistake. Upon being told this they immediately came out and fixed it free of charge. Extremely professional. Would recommend to a family member.

We have engaged Ben and the BP Wastewater team 2x. Once on a Sunday evening during snow squalls, we had a back up into the shower and he sent up a truck up for a pump out. We then brought them back in to inspect what was wrong and his team was thorough with research, finding the problem in the distribution box. They quickly brought and excavator up, abandoned the old one, set a new one in place with a riser and jetted our lines in both directions. Ben was attentive and answered all our questions. Couldn't be happier. 5 star Vermont business.

Cody and Anson handled our sewer pipe lining excellently. The service was prompt, professional, and as non-disruptive as a major project can be. They took the time to explain things to me when asked and did an excellent clean up job at the end.

BP Wastewater did a great job. They unclogged my drain and a couple days later when it looked like the drain was not clearing quickly I called and they sent someone over within an hour. As it turns out the drain was fine, I installed a drain stopper incorrectly and they fixed it at no charge. Good guys!

We had an after hours issue with water in our basement. After talking to John he talked me through whether an emergency call was necessary or if it could really wait until the next day. The next morning, I received a call from the office exactly when he said I would, and then Tyler arrived on the earliest side of the time range I was given. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing for me at each step so I could understand his troubleshooting and what he was finding. I’m very thankful it wasn’t a more urgent or larger issue than it was, but I appreciate the team’s urgency and expertise no matter what the outcome!

I called BP because I had a septic pump that was tripping the breaker. I was going to order a new pump and install it, but decided against that. Corey came and determined it was indeed a bad pump. Corey was very professional and explained everything in detail. He replaced the pump and float sensors. When the job was complete, he made sure the area was cleaned up thoroughly.

I called about a problem I had with a plugged drain. We replaced the vanity and snaked it about 6 feet and things worked. 2 days later the problem persisted. So I called BP Wastewater and they came the same day..snaked it 45 feet and solved the problem. Quick and courteous and affordable! It's the trifecta...can't ask for anything else. I highly recommend BP Wastewater! Online billing and since the problem was fixed I gladly paid. Online billing made the payment simple. Thanks BP Wastewater! -P

This is THE PREMIER service in the area. They are professional, friendly, and best of all: reliable. BP instills faith that they’ll take care of whatever it is you need taken care of (which is especially important given that when you’re calling in a septic service you’re probably a bit stressed to begin with).

Ben, the owner, showed up, diagnosed the problem, and got to fixing it right away. From my initial call to the time the job was done, the communication was clear and I was comfortable in feeling I knew what was going on at all times.

Excellent service! Called and someone (Jaiden) came out in under an hour. Amazing customer service using their snake to clear out blocked pipes in my Mom’s house. Had been dealing with clogged pipes for months and tried using an auger from a rental shop. Just couldn’t clear them out ourselves and we were so grateful for Jaiden and for BP’s services.

Why do these things happen, not only after regular business hours but on holidays too! Corey answered my call anyway. He offered me cost saving options, but when I explained why we couldn't wait, he quickly scheduled us for same day service.
Ryan was sent to my home in just a few hours. I am amazed at how he cleared the pipes without dumping all that gray water onto my basement floor.

We had started with a sewer line that had backed up on a Saturday evening and called a company to have it unclogged with zero success. They did tell us that the pipe was probably broken at the city sewer line and they didn't have the equipment to deal with it. They told me they could put a call in to BP Wastewater and I should get a call from them sometime on Sunday. I got a call from Ben before 7:30 am Sunday morning. Ben gave me a few options a few prices for the options and an expected timeframe. The explanation of the repairs or replacement were thorough and clear. He had a team come on Monday to look at the site, do a little prep and implement a plan to replace the line.

Paul and Mike were fantastic to work with along with the rest of the team. They replaced our entire sewer line in one day. They had everything planned and set up ahead of time. From the permit to dig up the road and close the street in the morning to having the road fixed by the end of the same day. Everything went smoothly and price was fair and right on target with the estimate. Considering it had snowed the day before even with the digging and the many needed trips in and out of the house in the wet there was very little mess upstairs and in the basement.

Called BP to fix a very full sump pump overflowing into our basement. Our sump pump has never kicked on and was filling to the top for 2 weeks straight out of nowhere. Cody came over and diagnosed the problem and also pointed out how the sump pump that was installed in our house before we lived here was well underpowered and was struggling to keep up. He ran out and got the right sump pump, installed it, drilled better holes for drainage, walked our house exterior and also fixed a drainage crack out in the back yard. Worth the money and peace of mind knowing it's all in working order. Ben the owner even reached out to double check on everything. Will definitely call them in the future with any water issue needs.

The short: Job well done, kind, respectful, timely, and cost effective! Recommend over and over again!

The long: I seriously can't speak highly enough of this company! Every person I spoke to was professional, clear and friendly! They were very responsive and made sure to get the job done right when some complications arose (complications NOT at all due to them). John made sure to educate us on the situation and get us up and running with a solution as soon as possible.

We were dealing with some serious blockages and he was so unbelievably helpful, on top of being friendly to my girls and pets! He was professional and straight-forward. He informed us fully of work necessary to resolve our issues and as this is a new property to us, even helped us understand the structures plumbing, answering our questions no problem. He gave us all of our options and continued to make sure we had the final say throughout the job, making sure we were fully informed of cost and consequences.

Having 2 young kids and pets, he made sure to take into account our priorities and actually advised us with a better choice for our families needs, all the while being mindful of cost. Thank you to everyone at BP!

BP wastewater has done three big jobs for me over the years. Each time I have been impressed by their communication, scheduling, and quality of work. BP always calls back and is quick to assess the issues and offer advice. In all three cases they scheduled the work within two weeks. They arrived on time and were professional.
