Small Town Pharmacy

You can't get this type of service anywhere else! They are kind, compassionate, caring and they even called me on my birthday. They never not had the medication I needed in stock. Riteaid and CVS left me waiting weeks. Small Town Pharmacy is a drive for me and there are other Pharmacies closer to me but the drive is nothing compared to the stellar service. I am so thankful I found them.

The absolute BEST pharmacy! Everyone is super nice and very helpful! The store itself is so clean and they carry so many great products. My prescriptions are always ready before I even have to call to fill them and they always get me the best prices. I HIGHLY recommend!!

If you are looking for a pharmacy that will treat you like family, have your best interest in mind come to Small Town Pharmacy in Quakertown. They truly are wonderful. They answer all your questions, and literally will open the doors even if they are closing and running late to pick up your medicine. They have the best customer service and always make sure to follow up with you regarding all your needs. They are 10 stars !!!

This place is incredible, I myself and mother had no idea they close at 3pm on weekends, I called during closing, and they stayed open an extra 15-20 mins for me and could not have been nicer. I felt SO bad taking the end of the week off adding on an extra 20 they would NOT let me tip them for their time. Incredible people, and pharmacy. The maps are misleading, it’s right under the big new electric sign directly to the right of yum yum donuts, your first right onto 309. 10 stars if I could give them, anyone using CVS, spend the extra $ on MAYBE some scripts and start being treated like a person. This place makes CVS looks like it’s run by toddlers, I will be staying here from now on.

Love this place. They always just fill prescriptions immediately.
They even fill them when there due, not late like CVS.
Their non judgemental, and the family that owns this place is so kind and passionate.
I pray they stay in business and kee doing what they’re doing. It’s a shame insurance doesn’t always take.
They’re worth it.

Best Pharmacy and staff you will ever come across. Everyone is super personable, friendly and they always go above and beyond. I've been using them for awhile and have never had any issues. Keep up the great work :-)

My girlfriend and I have tried all of the major pharmacies out there and they all were horrible and the worst of them all was Giant Pharmacy. We used to like Giant Pharmacy in Quakertown (by Lowe’s) when an older gentleman named Scott worked there but then he retired and the woman who replaced him was a nightmare. We no longer wanted to deal with this woman so we switched to Small Town Pharmacy. Small Town has been the best pharmacy I ever used. They are always so polite and helpful. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. Thank you Snall Town for your excellent, FAST service to the public!

Great place very family oriented an make you feel like they care. They really take time to know you an not like big companies that care only if you have insurance or money. Always looking out for the customer to save you all they can on your scripts to keep cost down for you. Just all around warm caring friendly place to go too.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. From the kindness of the staff to the honest pricing and helpfulness, they are top notch. We don't have prescription coverage with our insurance plan. We have shopped around for pricing quite a bit and every time, they are the cheapest. Not just by $5 or $10 but sometimes literally $100 less for the same prescription at Riteaid or CVS. It's been eye opening but we will continue to drive the hour to go to Small town and hopefully they'll someday expand and come to our area. Thanks for providing such a great service at affordable and realistic prices.

I cannot say enough about the PERFECT service that our family received from Small Town Pharmacy!! My insurance would not cover the only medication that was helping our daughter. It was going to cost over $1300.00 a month. The pharmacist found a coupon (when the chain pharmacy could not) that made it affordable for us. When the coupon was no longer an option, he developed an affordable compound with the same ingredients!! :-) This personal service is unheard of these days. Everyone should go to Small Town Pharmacy and support them!

Just the kindest people, in the best pharmacy I've ever used. All to often in the medical field as a whole, people seem to forget that they are helping people in need. Small Town Pharmacy is fast, friendly, affordable, and knowledgeable. They answer all of your questions without making you feel like a burden. They will explain any symptoms you might have with unfamiliar medication and double check if there are any adverse reaction with your existing ones. Above all else, the customer service is second to none.

Since Small Town Pharmacy opened I figured I would try them because I was having issues with my pharmacy which is a major chain of pharmacies all over but they never had what I needed in stock, but since the first time I went to small town about 6, maybe more, years ago they've quarantined to have my med in stock n I have not had one prob since they are so kind and are extremely helpful. I recommend them to all my family n friends who live in quakertown

This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever gone to in my life! Everyone knows all by name, are kind and very quick to answer any small question you may have. They are able to shop for medications where the chains are contracted with specific places. I also have a compound cream for pain made here that is wonderful and it's the only place around that can do it. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Also, if needed, they offer delivery options - how amazing is that? Never again get a text saying your medication is ready for pickup only to show up and be told it will be 45 minutes. These guys are all very skilled, competent, incredibly (genuinely) nice and you WANT to go to the pharmacy to pick up your required medications. I have had my whole family and everyone i can tell about this new gem in Quakertown, I do. I used to go to Kmart in Quakertown and One of the best assistants from there has relocated to this location (you'll know her and she'll probably know you too). It's great to have a family pharmacy back in town but I have to say these guys go above and beyond! They are wonderful!

Overall an excellent pharmacy. The staff is extremely empathetic and you can really tell it’s a family owned business. They genuinely care. Highly recommend.

Best pharmacy, hands down. I pass 2 CVS', a Rite Aid, 2 Walmarts, and a Giant on my ride, but it is more than worth it for the unbelievably quick and friendly service. Despite the fact that I am in and out so quickly, they still recognize and remember me. I reccomend them to everyone. The 2 negative Google reviews are sooo far off and not an accurate description at all of staff there, nor do they match the experiences most others have had there.And I can gaurentee that the owner (who responded to said reviews) did everything he could to help remedy or get to the bottom of the situation.

The very last time I went to CVS, I was treated like a big inconvenience by the gum-snapping tech, she scoffed and rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted to wait for my medication, then smiled at the delight of telling me "well, it's gonna be a 3 hour wait so..." I'm sorry, what?! I walked out and went to Small Town and never looked back. I was sick and tired of Big Chain pharmacists treating me suspiciously every single time I went in w/ the same prescription for ADHD medication that they have records of me filling for 20-something years. They spent more time oggling my prescription than they did actually doing their job. You can stare at it all you want, it hasn't changed in over 2 decades, you'd think you'd have it, and me, memorized by now?!

Conversely, the pharmacists at Small Town have treated me with respect from the first time I walked through the door...I cannot tell you how refreshing that was after years and years of feeling like a pariah, or like I was doing something wrong for filling my medication.

Aside from the Pharmacists, the rest of the staff is also unbelievably friendly and sweet. I was under the impression that all pharmacy techs were just mean and miserable, but apparently not so! When my insurance lapsed, and I had to pay put of pocket, they helped me with a coupon to make it cheaper (I mean, WAY cheaper). That isn't to say that they can always do that for every type of medication, but they care enough to try and help. I've never left unhappy or upset. Dude, they even have the best candy in their candy dish, ok?

Excellent service, fills my prescription so quick, I barely have a chance to sit down and they're done already. I will never again go to a big chain pharmacy.The people here are friendly and and treat their customers with respect, something I ever got from CVS or Walgreens.

Best customer service I have ever had. They were able to get the medicine I needed when CVS and Rite Aid could not. They gave me their personal attention to the needs that I had and I am very happy to have found them.
