I was new to the dealership as a first timer and it was a great experiance. The online set up for a test drive was great, had a real person call and follow up on the appointment as well. The salesman Cliff was great with showing me the truck and all of its features. He was polite, respectful and very willing to work with my financial needs. Two thumbs up guys!!

I called for a very last minute appointment. The service team was very accommodating, courteous and professional. They got my vehicle in and finished as promised. My previous experience was not so great. I did notice the service writer I had the problem with last time was no longer there. Great move on the dealership's part.

My visits to this dealership's service dept is highly satisfying. The staff are always welcoming, professional of providing service, and approachable regarding concerns and questions, especially Justine Garcia, she is a representative I've been dealing with for awhile and she is great. My vehicle's service was perform to my request and she made sure i didn't pay for any unnecessary repairs , very honest and direct, and save me from spending money on a rental car i didn't require. On the side note, the waiting room is accommodating and comfortable.

Everyone was down to earth and friendly, both over the phone and in person. Jason and Rena communicated well prior to my visit and Bill was efficient and accommodating. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership in my lifetime and I’ve purchased a ton of cars.

My lease was up and it was upsetting. I loved my current care but it wasn’t practical and no longer worked for my family. I asked for Mike Marshall when I got to the sales room because he sold me my first GMC and was the reason I came back. Mike is amazing. He’s knowledgeable and down to Earth and really makes buying a car less intimidating. I’ll see him in 3 years when this lease is up.

Our salesman Bill Herron did a great job and so did everybody else everybody was friendly and it was a real easy process. Thank you all for what you have done I love I mean I love my new truck. Great job guys.

Brought my 16 Sierra in for service due to converter shudder was recommended to have transmission flushed and refilled, was very pleased with the results truck runs great and so far no more shudder. Thanks

I made the appointment for 11:15 but didn’t know that how to tell you that I was staying while you guys worked on the truck!! The service team took my truck in and worked on it with out making me wait.

Experience for this visit went really well. Appt was easy to set up. The woman I spoke with was very cordial. Mike took care of me upon arrival and readily responded to my text with a quick concise response. The car seems to be running well and was advised to call if I have any further issues. 9/23

I did not have to wait long for my oil change/tire rotation & all staff was very nice!

Although I ultimately did not buy the car, (I liked it more than my daughter) I have not previously encountered a dealer with such professionalism, kindness, honesty and clarity. Cliff, Jason and Joe are all class acts who are tremendous at their jobs. Peruzzi is unmatched! I live 120 miles away and this will be my first look for future purchases.

Stopped in to Service without notice today. Had a few questions about the info display on my new Enclave. Justine was very courteous, professional and helped answer my questions. Positive experience for my first service visit.

The staff are always great at Peruzzi. My only complaint is your 3% extra charge for credit card purchases. An organization your size, with the price of services, you should be absorbing that 3% cost of doing business, not passing on.

Whenever I take my car in for service, from the moment I arrive, Chris and his coworkers are polite, professional and very accommodating. He always text me with a phone number to call if I should have any questions. The wait has never been too long and he also comes out to give me an update on the service.
