Nice, organized place. Staff was kind and patient, unlike me. Lol. Wasn't even there for myself and I was very pleased with how relaxing the environment was and made it easy for someone like me to stay patient and calm. Also they tried to make sure that everything did not take that long even though we all know how computers and servers can act up. They were very helpful. Will be going back when I have enough to get myself a new phone and a better plan.

Emily was great! I explained my situation and what my budget was and she found a way to work around my personal obstacles and get me a newer phone with a lower monthly rate. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received .

This isn't the fault of this store but verizon corporate. That is why I gave this store 5 although verizon itself deserves 0

I upgraded my fios and cancelled my cable tv package. I need to return the equipment. I called to see if the Langhorne store takes returns. The only store in the area apparently that takes returned equipment is on Roosevelt Blvd in philly.

You would think a multi billion dollar corporation would try to make things easier on customers.

BTW - the xfinity store a couple of doors down DOES take returns. Maybe verizon corporate could take notes.

These guys are incredible. From Steve (store manager) to Breann, Amanda, Benard and everyone else that has helped out family throughout the years. Thank you for everything you've done and continue to do!

Steve, Emily, Brianna - 5 star service. Emily was super knowledgeable when we went in to assume a personal line, and adjust account settings.

Steve was dedicated to troubleshooting a phone issue and went above and beyond to make sure things were corrected after 4 trips to other Verizon stores.

Steve remembered us, took the time to find us the best plan for our needs, and stayed past his scheduled time to finish up our new phone purchases. Bernard was also very helpful! Would highly recommend

Quick assistance when entering, purchase was reasonable, only time consuming part was the transfer from old to new phone but that was not on verizon’s part

The charging port on my "old" phone (not even 3 years old) stopped working. While nothing could be done to save it, Amanda presented me with several alternatives and got me a great deal! I ended up with a better phone plus a watch for less money than I had been paying. Thank you Amanda!
