Upper Bucks Dental Arts: Kelly Halle Brown, D.M.D.

It’s difficult for me to fully articulate my tremendously positive experience with Doctor Kelly and her wonderful staff without sharing something about myself first. I had some very advanced, complex and challenging dental issues that have progressively degenerated over the past twenty years or so. I’ve seen many providers that have failed to comprehensively understand, diagnose and treat me appropriately with the result being piecemeal and in most cases inappropriate care. So many Dental Doctors dismissed my pain and complaints because they lacked the understanding or skill to identify and fix the problems. This has contributed to decades of pain and discomfort that has fostered a personal sense of disdain towards the dental profession and bolstered my contemporary opinion that most Dentists are short on professional competence and empathy, until now.

Last year I was referred to Upper Bucks Dental Arts and Doctor Kelly Brown, and from the moment that I entered Dr. Kelly’s office I was welcomed and encountered nothing less than an expertly trained and professional staff that made me feel comfortable and it was clear that everyone on Doctor Kelly’s team assumed both pride and ownership of what they were doing. Dr. Kelly’s office is both state of the art and inclusive of everything needed to diagnose and establish a comprehensive treatment plan and all in one place.

Doctor Kelly impressed me tremendously because she actually listened to what I was saying and projected a sincere sense of empathy and competence that literally overwhelmed me because it was clear to me that someone finally understood my complaints. I was so relieved and optimistic that after all of the years of pain and limitations, that these issues could now be corrected. My dental issues are unique and affect a very small percentage of the population. Doctor Kelly, unlike her peers, was professionally competent enough to identify the problems and had the courage to negotiate them.

My relationship with Upper Bucks Dental Arts has been ongoing for the past year and both Doctor Kelly and her staff are responsible for providing me with a complete dental restoration that has literally changed my life in such a positive way. Because of Doctor Kelly and her team I now have a smile that I can be proud of, all of my dental pain has ceased and I now can eat solid foods and enjoy the meals that I have been denied for decades.

I am proud to share that my experience with both Doctor Kelly and her staff has been so positive that now my children are her patients and, on a personal note, my quality of life and self confidence have both drastically improved and Doctor Kelly and her staff have left a lasting impression upon me.

Dr. Brown and her team are amazing! A comfortable, and welcoming space. When you walk through the door you're greeted by Jacki whose very friendly, and attentive. Dr. Brown to say the very least is the BEST dentist I've ever known. She listens, is informative, and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are pleased. Very thorough exam. Best X-ray process- I usually get nauseous with X-rays, but this technique worked well for me. Dr. Brown had a wonderful bedside manner; she is calm and knowledgeable. The team was highly professional- a very positive experience!

They go above and beyond to do everything that is possible to provide for their patient’s.
They are so humble and kind I have never been to an office where it’s really about the patient’s needs And to accommodate where needed .

Dr. Kelly and her staff are absolutely amazing. They have friendly reminders for your appointments. They always find a way to see me asap if I have a problem. Massaging dental chairs - warm blankets if you get chilly WHAAAT?!!!! They are so gentle for whimps like me…. If I have any pain Dr. Kelly makes sure you are comfortable. They go way beyond dentistry…. Dr. Kelly can see problems you may be having and not know- I even did a sleep study! I honestly can say I never looked so forward to going to the dentist. It’s so relaxing and laid back- no attitudes, no being rushed. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have ancient dental implants that are so old (1988) when implants were fairly new to dentistry and Dr. Kelly can even fix that! During the pandemic I wasn’t able to see my regular dentist and Dr. Kelly took super precautions to keep her team and her patients safe. Can’t say enough great things.
My old dentist I had since I was 5. After 100 years he retired and I was absolutely beyond impressed with Dr. Kelly. Dentistry has come a million times better - less pain, quicker procedures and high tech equipment. What would have taken 2-3 hours at my old horse dentist is around an hour. Dr. Kelly has the best of dental equipment you can buy.
I know I know I know- sounds too good to be true, but believe me, it’s not.

The staff are friendly and compassionate! I had a wonderful experience each and every time I visited. Dr. Brown is the gentlest dentist I have EVER encountered and I will not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. The atmosphere is spectacular and it gives you a feel for the type of quality dental work you will receive. A++++++++

After having been to many dental offices, I found one that I would love to continue going to for awhile. Personally, I hate feeling like I’m at the dentist.
