Walked in last minute, I’m traveling through SLC on my way to Colorado when I needed a bolt for an adapter on my truck.

Both Fonzy and Dale were quick to help, I wish I had more time to check everything out!

Staff is friendly when not super busy , and always willing to help you locate the smallest and most rare type of hardware, I had to browse the entire store , to see all the other items they carry , good prices on most items, if it is specialized hardware good chance they have , its not open on weekends so plan your projects accordingly :)
Pro Tip: have your phone handy and take pics of the item #’s you are purchasing and check out at the register will be fast :)

This is the place to go to find the bits and pieces that you just can't find anywhere else, other than maybe online.
The prices are a tad on the high side but then again what's your time worth?
Either make it your first stop or your last.
Good coverage of both domestic and metric sizes.
Just go in and wander around some and be amazed that this resource is in Salt Lake.

If you are needing anything hardware related that you can't find anywhere else there's a very good chance Marshalls will have it.
My recent need was a small tap to clean some threads on a firearm after checking a half dozen places closer to me with no luck I called them before ordering one online and as usual they had the item I needed. Even if it's a bit of a drive to go there as it is with me I highly recommend checking with them when you are looking for that elusive item you will be amazed by what they have.

This is probably my favorite store. Wide variety of parts and hardware at unbeatable prices. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was after an industrial item I knew they had but on the off-chance I asked about another needed item which I'd failed to find from five other industrial suppliers --- they had it!

In the end I visited three times over the next week; each time I couldn't find a needed item at the usual supplier, I ended up finding it at Marshalls...which will be my first go-to in the future!

Marshall's industrial is the go to place! They have a incredible inventory, and they usually have the weird stuff that you can't find just anywhere! The staff is always right there to help you out with your questions or help finding what you need! Always a 10 out of 10!! Thanks again guys for everything!

This place is awesome. If you need any hardware they have everything it’s almost like Marshall McMaster.

The good people at Marshall's do an outstanding job of helping you find the product/products to get your project completed. They are kind of like the hardware stores from 40+ years ago in that they have almost EVERYTHING. When the big box stores finish disappointing you give Marshall's a try, they won't dissapoint!

Fantastic hardware selection for one off or odd pieces you probably wouldn't find at big box stores. I do a lot of odds and ends fix it and build projects. I can't think of a time when I've got there to look for hardware that I wasn't able to find exactly what I needed right down to the exact thread count length type of metal etc. O rings galore, anything you can think of that you need exactness on this place has.

THE absolute best hardware store in the Salt Lake area, and quite possibly the entire state. I've been here quite a few times, most recently when I needed a particular fastener for a refrigerator. I checked the appliance parts stores in the area; most did not have it. The few that did wanted $6.00 or more. For ONE screw. I called Marshall's Industrial Hardware almost as a last resort, and the VERY knowledgeable rep was able to confirm that they had what I needed, and for only 21 cents!
The staff is well informed when it comes to fasteners, material, and hardware in general, and they are always friendly and courteous even during this crazy time we're living in. Their prices are very fair, especially for a small business with quality products.
They're not a "home improvement" store, but they're great for industrial, commercial and even personal projects that might require specialty hardware And if they don't have what you need in stock they can probably order it for you, or tell you where you might find it. Much better customer service than the bigger stores with dozens of employees.
Make this place your FIRST stop, and save yourself a lot of time and frustration.
