Regal Richland Crossing

This movie theatre is always manned by really friendly staff. I like to go to movies in early afternoon and it's never crowded. I really enjoyed my "private", viewing. All in all, this is a great theatre and worth checking out.

Wonderful experience! Nice theater and treated very well by the staff. I had very nice young lady when I arrived that helped me tremendously because this was my first time at this Regal and my Husband and I haven't been to the movies in couple of years. Keep up the good work because we are planning to become regular customers 😀👍

It has a great old time movie theatre feel to it. I like that it has multiple movies playing instead of one even with this theme going on. The seating is all on one level from the rooms that I have been in at least. It is well kept and the staff is sociable and very kind. The tickets aren't overpriced and the food is the typical price for any movie theatre.

Now that I have been going to this theater for a while, I feel like the staff are my friends. They are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I enjoy seeing them as much as the movie.

I love going here, it's not the most well known theatre but it's fairly big and very well maintained. I love the popcorn here it is never stale. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My daughter loves it here too. Usually it's not too too busy. The sound system really good, surround sound. They also have great deals too. Thinking of going right now actually lol

Always a nice theater to visit. Very clean and well kept, and friendly staff. I have Regal Unlimited, so I take advantage of as many movies as I want as many times as I want, which is a program I highly reccomend, starting at just $18 a month for the basic plan. Also, this theater checks ID for movies, so bring yours if you're seeing anything rated R!

Always a great experience going to the movies here, which is why we drive here from Lansdale to see a movie. They don't have the new reclining seats, but everyone is very nice, the restrooms are clean, the handicapped stall has working latch AND paper! and tonight, when the 3D had issues for the first 10 minutes, we (we didn't even get out of our seats yet) were given two free passes to a 3D movie of our choice. Prices are good and there are lots of showtimes, not scheduled too far apart, plus lots of all the good movies to pick from. Love this place

I've been coming here for five years or so, and haven't been disappointed. The staff is nice and courteous, and the theaters themselves were cleaned well, which is good. It's tucked in the back of a shopping complex, but they have plenty of parking.

great theater. 3 yo grandson would not sit after 20 minutes into the movie. As I was leaving a gentleman asked me why we were leaving and I explained. He directed me to the box office to get my money refunded.

Nice Movie theater but needs updating very out dated, would rather take the further drive to center valley for the nicer theater and bigger seats, if they update I think the business would take off

As much as I like, my Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Prime, etc. I do enjoy going out to the movies, and Regal Cinema 12 still provides quality experience, even after what seemed as it nearly closing twice. Mind you, still pretty expensive, but has one of the reward programs I feel is worth having. Also, Regal didn't get my name wrong setting up the account. Yeah, I am looking at you AMC. I spelled my name out loud and you still put an L instead of a T. Shame. XD

I take my son to the Regal Richland Crossing location multiple times throughout the month. The employees from the box office to the ushers have treated us professionally and the quality of the films are top notch and very entertaining.

Good small town theater. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean. Seating in good condition. Could use comfortable seat upgrade.

So much more cleaner then promenade theatre. Little pricey but good. Perfect place to cool down on hot day.

Love this theater. Great service, always clean, and being physically disabled there is always a member of the staff that offers help if I need it.

Tuesdays are discount days. 1/2 price admission 🙂 We saw the movie Elvis and it was really good!

Love going here for date night with my wife. Conveniently located, friendly staff. A lot cleaner than a lot of theaters I have been to.

This movie theater is awesome! I had a great first date here! Great food, great sound, comfortable seats, everything! Highly Recommend!

Have been coming to this theater for awhile now and people are always nice and average movie theater good value!
