Excellent experience. Came in on the fly to consider a new phone plan. I explained exactly what I was looking for and gave my price range for the best possible phone and service package I could walk away with. Paul was the one who helped me and he made it super simple and pleasant. If I asked him a specific kinda of question, he knew the answer to it. Jackson was also helpful and personable and was a pleasure! Really nice guys and pretty awesome experience overall. Walked out with a Samsung 24 Plus and the monthly plan is perfect.

Duffy was AMAZING with helping us switch from our previous carrier. He sat with us for well over an hour from start to finish, found all the perks and discounts we were eligible for. Paul also helped us tremendously as well. We would have been lost without these guys today (especially dealing with my old carrier). Definitely coming here for all our cellular needs!

Lakota was great in helping me to upgrade my phone . He was a great representative for Verizon. Patient, excellent and explained everything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and Lakota deserves accolades for all his expertise , knowledge and customer service .

Phone not charging stopped at V. Josh got the phone back up and explained it was a port problem. As we talked he showed new plan etc.. but I liked our plan so he took me through getting anew phone then helped me insure all the phones on the plan. I am very pleased with the service I got today and want to thank Josh in particular for his patience with this boomer

I went into the store with a VERY broken phone, the screen would not cooperate at all! Josh was amazing! He was able to connect another device to my phone so we could get what we needed from my old device, got me into a new device while taking care of the balance I still owed on my broken phone AND lowered my monthly payment! In under an hour I walked out with a brand new phone with all of my information on it, a beautifully applied screen protector AND a new case that Josh threw in for free to protect my new phone. He was awesome to deal with and my family will absolutely be back because of him! Thank you Josh!!!

We absolutely loved Josh. He made everything so easy. We are not the best tech savvy people and he not only took his time to show us how things work but went above and beyond got his customers to feel comfortable. I wont get my phones from anyone else! Thank you Josh you rock!!!

Me and my wife came in there and worked with Josh Santana. This guy is solid! We wanted a good deal for a new Samsung and he helped us lower our bill, get me into a good phone for a great deal and helped me reset up my new phone just like I like my old phone. This morning I stopped into the Fairless Hills store and was taken care of by Josh Santana. I actually visited the store for advice regarding my bill which had data charges on it that I didn’t make. Previously, Two complaint phone calls to Verizon did not resolve my issue. Josh took the time to look into my issue and the bill was decreased ~40%. It wasn’t 100% decreased, as I would prefer, but this was definitely a plus. He definitely has a “heart” and understood that I was a victim of a circumstance.
I did purchase a new phone with his advice to get unlimited data usage to eliminate any future issues.

Josh Santana at the Fairless Hills Queen Anne Plaza store was a life saver. Dropped my phone it wasn't working he set me up with a new phone. He transferred all my information he even had to hold his hand perfectly still on my old phone to be able to transfer all my information. He was great. Everything transferred perfect even the voice recorder with the minutes from a meeting I had on my phone. After he finished he walked out to my car and set my blue tooth for my car. I was so upset when I walked in the store but Josh totally took care of everything. Great customer service.

Everyone here was wonderful. Ayana and Paul were the perfect sales people and help me for hours. I came in with a glitch in the phone that was five years old and now I have all new goodies.
