This location is open 24hrs. Meaning the store and Pharmacy is open and you can pickup prescriptions 24 hrs. While other stores say Pharmacy is open the Pharmacist is not on duty CLOSED and you can pickup your meds the following day. These stores are open for makeup, OTC, dry goods, etc.
This site is a 24 hrs CVS. Good to know if you have a prescription from your doctor/pediatrician that is sent to a 24hr CVS after normal business hours and urgent situations it can be filled.

Pharmacy is so busy and perhaps short staffed for the volume of prescriptions they fill.

Too expensive

Aside from the main store being clean and the main staff being friendly, the pharmacy needs to be better staffed. I waited 8 minutes on hold the first time I called, 6 minutes the second time... I decided I would call back. This is ALL THE TIME!! It is really uncalled for. If I didn't need scripts that were 90 day supply, I would switch pharmacies.

Honestly, this place goes downhill every week. I've been shopping here since I was a kid, all my family and myself have our medication there. Numerous times they didn't have my medicine, they said they sent it to another location which they didn't, and Sunday they were supposed to be filling antibiotics for an infection from an animal bite and no one called to say they didn't have it in stock. I had to call, ask to have it transferred to another location and drive elsewhere to get it. I'm finally done. Will not use them for my pharmacy again.

Walked in for a passport pic. The staff just walked away and left me standing there for who knows how long. Waited for a while and went to walgreens. They did it right away.

Fill in Pharmacy manager refused to allow pharmacy tech to enter in GoodRx codes because it was 9pm and she wanted to leave. In fact she went so far as to tell me I had mo choice but pay the full price after my insurance which was $102 and I explained thst i had $77 on my HSA card. The goodrx discount would have reduced the cost to $48 dollars. She would not allow the tech to continue to assist me, snatchd the documents from my hand and threatened to call the police on me. Then she went so far as to say I was no longer going to even be allowed to purchase the meds which i needed to treat a serious staff infection, and instead she'll transfer them to a 24hour CVS located 20 minutes away......Then politely smiled and helped the lady behind me. I arrived at the store at 8:42pm direct from Urgent Care and did browse foe 3 recommended items over the counter the Dr. Said wouls help speed my recovery. According to her i was past the point of customer service and became a hindrance to her closing and going home. I left without meds, but did manage to talk to a store manager upfront about the situation. He was nice and apologetic but said that the store managers have no control over pharamcists that the pharmacy manager, not on duty, would have to handle it.
This is my second run in wirh this female blonde pharmacist. 2 months prior she half filled my 3 month supply of blood pressure meds ignoring the two times daily prescribed amount. I addressed it, she said that the only solution would be to have ANOTHER prescription sent in from my doctor. She wasnt going to fix her mistake, instead she took meds and refunded my HSA immediately to make it apper as though it never happened, then told me now she was so busy that it would be 3-4 hours before she'd get to my script. 14 years sending scripts to this specific CVS with no issues ever....Then in 2 month period I was treated like absolute scum by a person i had never met previously and did nothing to atgonize or provoke her. Hatred for men is what I chalk it up as, because the glee she took in helping the older lady who CAME AFTER ME TO GET HER MEDS was appalling.

The pharmacy is literally something else. You call for help they don’t answer the phone. You go in and wait an hour to get a prescription that is ready. The staff doesn’t want to help and becomes difficult if you ask them to do their job. It looks like they’re doing nothing behind the counter. If you can’t keep up with the demand hire more or inform people of the short staff/higher demand And my god ANSWER THE PHONE!

Customer service is nonexistent from management. John is clueless! There’s way too much competition to accept being treated like you don’t matter. I’m simply taking my business elsewhere.

Went to the store on April 15th to buy a thermometer they said they had one left it was a Vick's name brand they charged me $29 I walk to the front door call my wife about it she said she had one I tried to return it they said you left the store and would not let me return up which is a against the law why would they hand me a receipt for it everywhere else is $15 on there now are they mark in the prices up so high because of the virus is in that against the law they are no better than the people on Amazon and offer up trying to make a profit off of this virus

Never going back! Complained to manager and got insulted! Wow!!!
