Called them on Wednesday and they were able to schedule/squeeze my appointment for Thursday morning. They didn’t promise it would be quick, but I got there at 8:50 and left before 9:30… I didn’t have my updated insurance card with me so I had to call the insurance company and get it emailed, they were super nice and printed it for me!
Keep in mind my car is pretty new, so being a state inspection sounds like it was an easy one, but They are the best!

As always, the guys at Meineke give me excellent service, done quickly and at a fair price. Regarding a note I left on the ticket, they double checked with me to see if I still wanted it done as it would cost me more, rather than just doing it without confirming. Honest people, highly recommend

I had my car inspected at meineke #1800. All aspects of this were perfect. From reception to finish, everyone was courteous and respectful. The tech kept me up to date and finished up earlier than expected. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto service.

They are always friendly, always do good work, because they are so good , they are always busy so plan ahead. If they can squeeze you in (depending on what you need), they will try to get you in. Prices are fair and they work hard. Best place we ever took our vehicles to.

I've been having my vehicle serviced at Meineke, Cranberry Twp for several years. Dom and his team are always friendly and accommodating. Appointments are usually available within a couple of day. I've never been disappointed with their service.

Good experience. Made reservation online for 2:30 inspection appointment. Dropped off on lunch hour . Got a call around 3 that rear brakes were bad, gave ok to fix . Got a vm and text at 4 pm that it was done . Next time I just might wait for it . :)

I’m glad I came here because another shop gave me incorrect information on my issue that could’ve resulted to an even worse situation for my car. The expertise here was great in explaining the real issue and the shop did everything possible to work with me and accommodate me. Everyone here is super friendly and down to earth that I came in contact with. They got me back on the road and my car sounding and operating like normal again. I highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

We've gone to this Meineke for years now and I've never even had the slightest complaint. They've always treated us so well. Always quote and fix everything at what we feel is a very reasonable price. I had a 1996 Bonneville that they kept running for a few more years for me, never complained about finding parts, just fixed her. They fix anything we bring them with a smile and their friendly nature.
