Adult & Pediatric Urologic: Landau Richard E MD

This doctor is remarkably condescending. He treated me as if I was either hard of hearing or stupid because I couldn't remember the instructions he supposedly gave me from our first appointment (I have at least one, and usually more, doctor's appointments every week. Forgive me if they all sometimes blend together). I immediately called to schedule with another doctor after leaving his office. Zero bedside manner. Never again.

Will not go back. Was ordered to go to Dr Gerstein, but he wasn't available, so I ended up with Dr Landau.
Dr Landau was dismissive of my concerns, condescending, sanctimonious and rude. He asked me if I was "going through a mid life crises". I guess because I'm a 56 yr old post menepausal woman that rides a motorcycle. I've been having persistent blood in my urine since an accident I was in 6 months prior. My family doctor and gynocologist were concerned and wanted me checked out by a urologist.
Dr Landau let me know that it was inconvenient to him other doctors send patients like me to him because evidentially it's normal/common for post menopausal woman to have persistent blood in their urine and only he knows this. The other doctors freak out for no good reason. He was also dismissive of other concerns and made an inappropriate comment about a question I had.
I actually felt more concerned for my health after my appointment and so am getting a second opinion. I trust more my family doctor and gynocologist and other woman I talk to my age.

Had urolift procedure done (I think). There was no change in the way I urinated. Basically said it was my fault for suggesting the procedure. In my opinion go elsewhere

Would not go to Dr Landau again.
It’s time for this doctor to retire.
Waited 3 weeks for an appointment & he
barely spent 10 minutes with us !
The office smell horrible & Reeks of pee !
