Besides being great to work with and super honorable, Maury has developed some unique skills in that he's very knowledgeable about the installation of Trance Amulet pickups. Many guitar shops shy away from carrying these great pickups because, as good as they are, you really have to know what you're doing to properly install them. I've had Maury install 4 of these pickup systems into my performance guitars and each time he's worked to get the placement of the lenses just right--and they sound great. As a former concert sound engineer I'm very finicky about my acoustic live sound, so when Maury says "it's not right yet" when he's in the process of installing a Trance Amulet lens and testing it to see how it sounds, I know I have someone that's every bit as finicky as me that's working on my instrument and that the end result will be great. Another fabulous product that only Maury carries in the U.S. is the Orchid Muting DI/preamp. Thanks for being such a stickler Maury! Quality service is a rarity these days!!

Maury is a great guy to do business with. I was interested in a particular model of guitar, and he had two in stock. He livestreamed a demonstration of both the guitars played back to back so that I could pick the one I liked the best. The guitar arrived promptly, despite some minor shipping issues that Maury and Andrew helped me sort out. The instrument was well set up straight from the case, and the shop did a professional job installing the strap button I ordered. I wouldn't hesitate to order another instrument from Maury.

Maury's music is absolutely the best place to buy a Martin guitar! They are only 45 mins from the factory, and Maury personally drives there weekly, and has regular contact with the staff and CEO Chris Martin. He has the most detailed knowledge about every Martin guitar, and his service is everything a customer hopes for- very friendly, sincere and accommodating. Not only that, after comparing costs across the country , his prices are so much lower and unmatched by anyone else. My order arrived exactly on time, in perfect condition. A wonderful experience, I will surely be a repeat customer!

It would be one (very good) thing if Maury's supstantial price savings were all there was to it, but couple that with friendly customer service, amazingly fast delivery on hand-picked Martins and the videos Maury's posts to demonstrate various models for comparison, and you've got probably the best Martin buying experience you could ask for. Next Martin I buy will be handled through the same dealer as my last one -- Maury's.

I ordered a K&K Aloha pickup from Maury for a ukulele project. These were not in stock so he, Tim and Lori had to create the link on their website, order the unit AND create a special page for shipping as I needed it quickly. I worked with Tim to facilitate a Martin Guitar purchase as a surprise fro my husband, it was a 30th anniversary gift. The service was second to none, always patient with my questions and offering sound advice. It was about more than the sale, it was about truly satisfying a very inexperienced customer. We had a complicated transaction, as I wanted to do the factory delivery experience but the guitar I wanted was sold out at Martin. Maury and Tim came thru, and the experience was amazing, including a tour given by Chris Martin. I ordered a set of bone bridge pins for my old Guild guitar a few weeks back. The package got lost or destroyed in the mail, and when I reached out to Maury's support team they were extremely helpful - they were happy to send out a new set immediately, which arrived very quickly. Amazing customer service and products to boot, the new bridge pins make my F20 sing like it never has before!
