Been a member of Schwan’s for over 20 years. I have had a few problems. My only complaint is that you can’t contact the depot to let them know that there was a problem with the order.

Ordered food for our father It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday and never arrived. Then they said Thursday. AGAIN never came and they don’t even contact us to let us know. Very terrible customer service and would NEVER recommend.
