Avada Hearing Care Center

I’m writing this review for my mother. She has been a client for more than 5 years. The staff is attentive and follow up is great. Special thanks to Tory who has patiently worked with my mother to get everything to my moms liking.

Everyone was awesome. Very friendly, made you feel very comfortable., The receptionist is fantastic. Will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

Torrie and Mandy are the best, they go above and beyond to ensure the very best in customer satisfaction. I was having fitting issues and had to visit the office a few extra times, Torrie and Mandy both made me feel that I was their top priority without making me feel as if I was being unreasonable, and for that I will be forever gratefull.

I had my appt on Thursday, Oct 18. Russ is always friendly, outgoing, and personable. I was treated with respect, concern, and most of all, Russ took his time with me. I appreciate the personalized service I get from Avada.

Both times I went to the office the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and didn't try to rush me out very satisfied and would give a solid 5 out of 5

They are always willing to help you and you have a friendly staff and they make time for you that you can just walk in without an appointment between certain hours each day which is very convenient.

A very 'comfortable ' office to visit. Test was thorough and results well explained. Yes, 5 stars.
