Ashley Store

Went in looking for a loveseat and after some looking around Janet found us an awesome cushy reclining one for much cheaper than we had expected. Delivery went quickly and smoothly and we're loving it! While I'm not exactly familiar with the staff I'd recommend stopping by and seeing what Janet recommends if you're shopping for furniture, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and a good listener who helped us find exactly what we wanted in less than an hour

Had a great shopping experience here buying a new couch! Janet helped us narrow down our options and find one that met all of our specifications, even when we weren’t totally sure what we wanted. Would absolutely buy furniture here again, especially with her amazing customer service!

The Salt Lake store is beautiful with lots of options to choose from no matter what kind of furniture you’re looking for. The salesman, Rick, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me some different options to choose from. I left the store with everything I wanted and a delivery date of my choosing for everything to be delivered. This is a great store with high quality furniture.

It's a nice relaxing place to shop. I worked with Janet as my salesperson, and she was very helpful and informative. She encouraged me to take my time and come back as much as needed before making my decision. She wasn't pushy or demanding. I would recommend her if you're shopping at the Salt Lake store.

Sara helped my sister purchase a recliner for me. She was so kind and understanding of my situation and stayed late to help us with delivery issues. She went above and beyond the norm in helping us. I will highly recommend Ashley furniture and Sara to all my friends and family.

Janet was awesome. She really took care of us as soon as we arrived up until the end when we made our purchase. She received assistance from Foster who helped break down pricing and financing for us. I called and talked to Sara just before closing. We had questions about a recliner. She was more than helpful. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us with some delivery challenges, etc. Sara was sensitive to my sisters special needs and made everything work out. If I had any say in the matter Sara deserves a raise.

Janet was so friendly and helpful. We couldn't find a dresser that matched a bedset we bought the precious year. Instead of letting us give up and settle for a different one, she tracked down the dresser online and got it ordered for us, and it was even on sale! Would highly recommend working with her.

I went to Ashley‘s today just to look around. I needed a new living room for my new condo. Janet was wonderful ! She was so helpful I ended up buying all of my living room furniture and am very happy. Great service Janet ! Beautiful furniture Ashley.

Service was prompt. Salesperson Candie was helpful but not hovering. I spent some time browsing and sitting in chairs. I had searched online beforehand and they had what I wanted. Purchased on sale. Scheduled setup and delivery. In and out in less than an hour.

Tom greeted me shortly after I got in the store. He was busy with another customer. We chatted about what I was looking for, he then gave me directions saying he would come find me in a few minutes. I was able to locate the items I was looking for and few extra. Tom found me and we did my furniture purchase first. Than my accessory purchase. Tom worked very hard to make my experience great! I’ll be back!!! Excited to get my furniture before Thanksgiving! Thanks for the service Tom!!

The in store employee at Ashley was really helpful and patient to help us find the right sofa for our new home. The store has some amazing and high quality furniture pieces with affordable pricing. I would definitely visit Ashley furniture for all my future purchases.

Marie at the Salt Lake store was so helpful and extremely respectful. I didn’t know if sales personnel at Ashley work on commission, but on the off chance that they might, I asked for Marie’s card. 24 hours later I knew I wanted the sofa I’d been admiring, so I called the store and asked for Marie. She remembered me and took my order over the phone. She was as kind and gracious as she’d been when I was browsing the showroom. We were warmly welcomed and helped with just what we wanted. Rosa was kind and understanding when we told her we wanted to look around at another store before making a decision. We came back to the same warm smile and helpfulness. All were kind.

I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture and highly recommend it. I worked with two absolutely exceptional sales reps (Candi and Sarah) on my two visits to the store. In both cases, I was greeted immediately at the door, asked if there was something in particular I was interested in, directed how to get there and told the rep would check on me after I had time to look around (which she did). Neither hovered, but both made themselves readily available and answered all of my questions. Sarah educated herself on what Candi had discussed with me the day before so we didn’t have to waste any time reviewing things. Sarah and Candi are examples of an ideal customer sales rep. When I was ready to make my purchase, Sarah stayed in contact with me on everything from finalizing the sale to arranging for delivery. I was also very pleased with the delivery service. I was kept informed of estimated arrival changes and Jorge and his assistant were polite, efficient and capable. Oh, and I love the furniture too.

I walked into Ashley furniture unprepared without a tape measure. Luckily a gentlemen named Tom gave me his and said “take it borrow it go measure at your house and come back when you can”; the kinda take your shirt off your back and give it away mentality! Anyways he helped out big time and made the whole process easy and fun!
