Planned Parenthood - Brattleboro Health Center

I just moved to VT and came here to continue gender affirmative care. I love this place even more than my last. They helped me put some payments on hold while I wait for my medicaid. They found me a prescription that best fit my old one and found a coupon for it on GoodRX. They were kind, friendly, uplifting. I felt safe and like everything I was saying was being taken into consideration. Please see them if you want high quality care.

Planned Parenthood is leading the way in the physical health world! I am amazed and in awe to see the real positive changes taking place where they need to the most. The women here are all real, loving, and sincere. No longer does Planned Parenthood ask or associate with any abusive mental illness labels. The only questions asked are REAL, concerning physical, home, and relationship questions.

Thank you so much Planned Parenthood for making my week (and my last 11 years in a very serious way). You are all nothing but wise, accepting, loving, and aware. There is no ignorance or abuse in this loving facility. My biggest support and gratitude!!!

Great people, very friendly and helpful. I started care with Planned Parenthood to prescribe testosterone for transition. I had an initial intake video call (this was during COVID) and got a prescription right away for 6 months. I had to come in person to do a rapid hemoglobin test to make sure testosterone wasn't raising my red blood cells too much. I sat in the waiting area, I was the only patient there. I filled out basic intake forms, then five or ten minutes later a med tech came out and took the blood. They asked me first if I had a problem with needles or blood, which was very considerate even though there is barely any poke that comes with the rapid hemoglobin test. They gave me a bandaid in a lovely shade of aqua, gave me the test result, and sent me on my way. In and out in only 15 minutes or so. Would highly recommend for trans or sexual health services!

Super friendly and welcoming staff providing a lot more than just abortions. Really feels like an LGBTQIA+ safespace. Would highly recommend.

Before I moved to Tennessee I went to this facility for my needs. The doctor and staff were very friendly and only accepted donations. Unlike the PP in Marrietta, GA but I think the charged me so much due to loss of funding in that area. Finding affordable healthcare can be hard to find without insurance so if you are in Brattleboro you're in great hands.

Such amazing people to talk to. They listen to everything you have to say and check up on you after the appointment. Very happy with them, seeing how that was my first time at this location.

Can't imagine living here in United States without Planned Parenthood, VT.

Scheduled my appointment incorrectly twice now. Unable to help me open MyChart, or to figure out why it won’t let me log in to their system. Stressed me out so much I cried, and the woman over the phone sounded like she couldn’t be bothered about how their service was so bad it was giving me anxiety. Didn’t even get to step inside. I’m sure the actual appointment would have been fine! If it wasn’t such a pain to schedule one that I’d actually rather drive the extra fifteen minutes to Rutland instead. Only left 3 stars because they provide important services, if you can ever get in there
