Brattleboro Food Co-Op

I am happy to have finally gone here after driving by it so often. This is a must see local staple. The staff here were very friendly and helpful when I interacted with them. The parking situation is easy but even the closest parking spots are like 50 yards away from the main entrance due to how the area is designed. I was able to get many different local coffee beans from the selection they had. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

Best selection of quality food. Prices have gone up here so you have to be prepared and more careful about what you grab. Awesome beer aisle.

The Co Op has been there for over 30 years. I have been going there for at least that long. It's a beautiful building with great groceries and Deli. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm a senior and they have a membership option especially for seniors that provides discounts on everything you purchase. I love this place.

This is a great co-op with an awesome bulk food selection and a better craft beer selection than most bottle shops or craft beer stores.

I wasn't there when they were preparing food but I look forward to going back when they do.

There was a great grocery selection with some really unique and interesting snacks.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this co-op in the area. It was much bigger than I initially thought and had a great variety of high quality items. I loved their bulk section where they displayed large selections of grains, nuts, coffee, spices, tea, and more! Meat sections had some good quality meats and lots of locally produced items made them more appealing. Also a big selections of wines. Very limited seafood section though. Prices are somewhat reasonable the last couple of times I shopped here. You can also find some items that are hard to find at regular grocery store.

They have a better craft beer selection than most liquor or beer stores.

Very good Co-Op. Pricey if you're not a member, but great to pick up Vermont food and snacks if you're passing through. The cheese section is awesome, and the made-to-order sandwiches are very good too.

I admire the Co-op 7 Cooperative Principles. The Brattleboro Food Co-op is a community of good people who aspire to bring us fresh, good, tasty food. There are high quality vitamins, cards, kitchen items, clothes, and cosmetics.I love my experiences at the Co-op.

Wide selection of fresh, well organized produce & meat, as well as bulk foods, natural, healthy options, and ready to go meals. Indoor/outdoor dining areas for patrons. Very thoroughly thought out grocery store. This would be my one stop shop.

I stop here every time I drive to NH. Healthy snacks, great meat selections, bulk herbs, and teas. Usually very reasonable prices. Always clean with helpful courteous staff.

The freshest and juiciest blueberries I've EVER had. Freaking amazing Co-Op. Even my foodie friend was blown away by the selection.

Filled to the brim with quality items. Brattleboro is a funny place because it is filled with good-willed hippies who start food co-ops, but then you have tourists who meander through it all gaping at all the cute shops and stuff, then finally you have a strong contingent of people who have substance use and housing issues who live in the corners of all the nice-ness. Anyways the co-op is really nice! Got some sweet ribeyes and delicious pesto there

Large food co-op with extensive variety of natural, organic, and healthy food and house hold goods. Features many local products and have fantastic specialty departments- my favorite being the cheese and deli. I don't live in the area but always hop off the highway to grab a sandwich and a few tasty treats to take with me. If I lived here this would be my go to spot!

Such friendly staff that take of your needs. Really good local food is found here in this social hub of Brattleboro.

The food is wonderful, the atmosphere is Fun, there’s lots of prepared food and you can eat there. Also, people are very friendly and you can meet dozens of people you know.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back from skiing and had tasty sandwiches for a good price.

This co-op is totally amazing. It is one of the biggest co-ops I have been too. You can find pretty much anything you are looking for as they offer a great variety of products from both local Vermont small businesses and even some larger brands.

Excellent food and wonderful prices and one of the best selections of various organic and healthy food.
