This is definitely one of the hidden gems in Jim Thorpe. One of the most beautiful art exhibits I have ever seen. The food at the café was well above excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We could not leave that place without buying some of the beautiful art, and we will definitely be back. DO NOT MISS THIS INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Wow is all I can say. What a hidden gem. We started the evening sitting over the creek (very cool). At first there were a few items they were out of, but Chef John absolutely saved the meal and then some. He came to the table to tell us what he could do, and the food was nothing short of amazing. Everything was delicious. Then we got talking with Joan about the creek, and then walked around the museum and space and that was a spectacular treat. We will be back again for sure, and plan to bring friends! Our new favorite place!!!

The cafe is right next to Victor Stabin's museum and might as well be considered an extension of the museum itself.

We were beckoned inside by Victor himself and had the pleasure of spending our afternoon in this wonderful corner of Jim Thorpe.

I highly recommend this place. The food is stellar with an albeit smaller menu and the atmosphere is so cozy and casual.

Highly recommend- everything was perfection. Lovely to meet their Culinary Institute trained chef. You must request the river view high top table for dinner- you will not regret it. Take a glass of wine like I did and walk around the beautiful gallery rooms through the hidden bookcase to see the room beyond. Check out the outdoor spaces too!!!! Highly recommend 🥰🥰🥰🥰

No trip is complete without a stop, or two, to this wonderful cafe Arielle and Stabin museum!
Chef John’s crème brûlée is unmatched! We have tried many different crème brûlées but his is still our very favorite! He has many great dishes! They are so lucky to have such a wonderfully talented chef!!
Also, please stop over to see all of Victor’s magnificent art work! There is more talent in the museum then one could ever imagine! As a matter of fact, we loved his work so much we needed to have one of our very own for our home!!
We were also lucky enough to spend some time with Victor’s amazing wife, Joan! She is the sweetest woman with complete love and adoration flowing through her veins for her talented husband! This place is a MUST STOP!! I cannot wait for our next trip!! Nicole and Jon

We loved the Museum and the Cafe. We had the River bar table where the river runs right underneath! Very cool! Friendly staff, Steve, Skylar and Arielle. Chef John came out and said hello. Complimented the food. Excellent! Museum connected to cafe! Amazing! More people should definitely look up this place in Jim Thorpe PA. Very Unique!! Nice town…was hopping! Bob and Deb from Long Island NY. My apologies was Justin not Steve. Steve was the nice neighbor we met.

I had a wonderful time at Cafe Arielle last week. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and, without exaggeration, it was one a the most delicious ones I’ve ever eaten. I topped it off with a Bloody Mary, which was also fantastic. The atmosphere was great, very quaint and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and gracious. Highly recommend!

Cafe Arielle and Stabin Museum are a MUST while visiting Jim Thorpe. We have been going to Jim Thorpe for years but this was our first time dining at Cafe Arielle and purchasing the most amazing art. I honestly can't say enough GREAT, wonderful things about this venue. We will definitely be returning.
We reserved the river table top bar, super cool! We enjoyed the BEHAVE martini, named after one of Victor's pieces of art. We had the shrimp cocktail, and duck egg rolls. Absolutely delicious. For our entrees we had the pan seared branzino, and the braised beef short ribs. Talk about melt in your mouth.
Make a reservation or stop in you will be glad you did! It was an awesome night for our anniversary and husband's birthday. I can't wait to return! And make sure to check out the Stabin Museum filled with unique, AMAZING art!

I’m not a culinary guru but I do love great food. My wife and I were walking by and met Chef John, the rest was history. He showed us some of the museum and some of quirky things about it (JAZZ!!!) then we sat outside and had and absolutely fantastic meal. I got the wild mushroom quesadilla and it was 10/10. What an absolutely fantastic experience. We will definitely be coming here as regularly as we can from Philly until we move to the area and make the wonderful spot our home base.

We stumbled in this gem by complete accident and are thrilled that we did. Located outside of the normal Jim Thorpe craziness, it’s really a one of a kind experience. The refurbished wire mill alone is impressive, but the quirky atmosphere and friendly staff are what really make this place special.

And the food! Absolutely amazing and the presentation was terrific.

Pro tip 1: Visit the adjacent Stabin Museum (free) for an enjoyable artistic adventure. In the evenings this space converts to a lounge to enjoy cocktails and conversation.

Pro tip 2: Request the table over the indoor stream (!) if available.

Don’t Sleep on this place!
Take the extra walk or drive.
Our food was soooo yummy.
I had the beef short ribs and my husband had the breaded pork tenderloin. Our drinks were also amazing.

This is an eclectic and interesting venue that has a stream running through the middle of the restaurant and is attached to an art museum. The food was high quality, prepared well and priced appropriately. As a bonus, they have off street parking as well.

What a unique experience!! An art gallery, restaurant and bar in a historic factory. The food is fresh and delicious. The décor is the perfect blend of a rustic building frame with modern interior design. The big surprise is the glass box that allows you to see the aqueduct flowing below the building! All designed by the artist Victor Stabin who gave us a personal tour of the museum and showed us his animation film which is not to be missed. You will not be disappointed!

Such a neat little place! Definitely worth checking out, the food is truly amazing and it has a unique atmosphere with the river running underneath. If you get the high table in the corner, you can see below. Chef John makes some spectacular food, we started with the smoked salmon appetizer and I had the Rigatoni and my husband had the short ribs, very flavorful, good portion sizes. You won’t be disappointed.

We always have a wonderful time at Jazz Night at Vic’s Jazz Loft at Cafe Arielle. From the hidden door and speakeasy vibe, to the incredible music, to the delicious dinner and drinks, this is a not to miss spot when you come to Jim Thorpe.

High end fun. The food is great - at a reasonable cost - in a comfortable and interesting space. The artwork scattered about is fantastical and otherworldly beautiful. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the flavors in the strawberry mandarin spinach salad. My friend enjoyed the soup of the day and said was delicious. Drink options looked awesome and bar was beautiful. Can see down to the water from an angle inside.

Yesterday was my second time eating at Cafe Arielle in Jim Thorpe, PA. I wish I lived closer so I could go every week! Both times I ordered the pear, walnut, Gorgonzola salad with grilled chicken. Their house made balsamic makes this salad superb! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Chef John goes above and beyond to serve his customers!! Yesterday he drove the cafe shuttle because the original driver broke his foot. Try to take that free shuttle as the cafe is at the top of a long hill. Will definitely be back! Thanks so much to everyone!!

This cafe was excellent. The staff are all beyond friendly. The ambience is absolutely charming. And the food was perfection. They even offered a vegan/vegetarian entree on their menu, which blew me away. The chocolate ganache dessert was the perfect ending of a perfect meal.

5 out of 5 stars, all the way!
