I had a very hard time trying to find why there was water leaking into my upstairs bedroom, so after a long search, I decided to call Diversified Roofing. When I heard that Anthony was going to be assigned to my request, I was happy since his reviews were so positive. He did not disappoint. He took the time to walk me through all the details and answered all my questions. He communicated well and provided several pictures of his work. It was very much appreciated. Thank you.

Anthony Trainini did a wonderful job of explaining options and costs to us and returned phone calls he said he would make to follow-up. The day he and Eli came to do the work, Anthony again reviewed with us which option we were expecting and the cost. The work was done efficiently with little noise. A new skyline and some roofing was replaced with some of the roofing we had stored since the original roofing was done. We were pleased with the work done. They cleaned up the deck before leaving. A great experience after the stress of my roof being damaged in a storm. Diversified Roofing managed to get their Tech out right away. Anthony Traini was able to fix / replace roof venting and shingles ASAP before the next storm hit later that day. We had Anthony visit to inspect our slate roof. He gave a friendly, courteous and professional evaluation, looking at our long-term plans and offering options for repair without being pushy or selling us more than we need. The inspection and repair were done same day, in a timely manner and we will certainly be calling in the future!

Anthony was very thorough and performed the required repairs very efficiently. We had great conversations on the two occasions that he was here outside of work-related topics and I felt like he cares about the job he's doing and the company he works for.

We had a leak in our roof so we called Diversified Roofing after reading reviews. And we were not disappointed. Anthony came out, inspected our attic and roof thoroughly. He listened to our concerns and gave us a detailed explanation to the cause of the leak. Anthony fixed the leak and we are pleased with the results! Had an awesome experience with this company. Had insurance adjuster out to inspect my roof, they said they would only cover a certain amount. I call Diversified Roofing and David Bowman came out. He took his time and looked over the adjusters estimates and measured for himself and actually knew all code requirements. We found that adjuster had actually measured roof incorrectly and left a WHOLE bunch of damage and repairs out! He was able to get my insurance to cover my entire roof and skylights! Loved this company’s work and they got everything done within a day! The company was very responsive and were very patient while we waited for insurance payout! Definitely will use them again!

Ruben Esh did an excellent job installing a new gutter for us. He first established that the existing gutter was damaged beyond repair, then ordered a new one and replaced it the very next day. I recommend Diversified Roofing Co for any of your roofing and gutter projects.

Diversified Roofing was quick to respond to my request for an estimate on a roofing repair project and equally fast at coming out to look at the house. Thanks to Anthony's inspection, more problem areas were uncovered that I was not aware of. Living in a 100 year old house can be a challenge when it comes to finding roofing contractors because the house has slate, asphalt and a flat rubber roof. Diversified does it all! The team at Diversified did a great job with solving our attic ventilation issue. Starting with Matt’s incredibly thorough evaluation and recommendation, he walked us through every step of each option and there were no pressure tactics used to make us pick the most expensive option; he knew what our budget was and worked within it, and their estimate came back pretty much in line with others we’d received. Ultimately we chose Diversified because of Matt - very knowledgeable, very detailed, and honest. Doug was very communicative when it came time to schedule the job, even letting us know right away that it needed to be rescheduled. Elam and his team showed up on time, were very careful and respectful of not only our property but our neighbors’ as well, and did a very decent job of cleanup. The final product looks great, and our attic is already noticeably cooler (the fan hasn’t even been turned on yet). We will definitely be using Diversified for future roofing needs.

We had a roof inspection from Diversified Roofing. Our Roofing inspector/ technician was Anthony Traini. This was a routine check (no known problems).
Anthony was extremely professional as he walked me through the review process. He was comprehensive in his approach and very thorough. At the completion of the review he provided me with a report which identified short and long term recommendations. He also incorporated my goals ( longevity of the roof) and not push for expensive replacements, rather his focus was getting the most out of my roof and $$$. I appreciate Anthony’s professionalism and highly recommend him and his company.

We were very impressed with how quickly Diversified Roofing came out to fix our roof vent issues. Reuben Esh was very knowledgeable and replaced damaged vents that day. We were having issues with leaks in our ceiling so we're very thankful he took care of problem that day.
