SHOUT OUT TO SHARINA AND KAYLA! They were awesome to work with and helped me find great pieces to redo my livingroom at a price that couldn't be beat anywhere! Highly recommend you go see these two at Exton.

La-Z-Boy stores confuse me; there are too many choices, and once I decide on furniture l then have to choose fabric(s). I am SO GRATEFUL to have met with the design expert, Abbie MvGinnis, at the Exton store. Abbie's understanding of my personal preferences and style reduced the designated appointment time considerably - I feel very confident with my final decisions. La-Z-Boy's great furniture reputation (and sale) was what drew me into the store; Abbie is what kept me there and what will have me coming back.

An excellent experience at LaZBoy. Our designer Abbey was exceptional. We very highly recommend her to those who are planning to purchase new furniture. She came to our home to take accurate measurements of the room where the furniture will be placed, then we met at the store a couple of days later to review the design and make any changes that were needed. Abbey was extremely helpful to us in making our selections. Thank you, Abbey, for all your help!

The personal was very nice and very informative. Came to our house and did a 3D layout so we could see how the furniture would fit and look. Answered all questions and helpful in finding the best results in colors for our thoughts. Could not ask for more. Will recommend this at a great option .

High quality well made furniture with options to upgrade seat cushions and lots of fabric choices. Sometimes the store is busy but today when we went luckily there was a lull so we were helped right away. The sales person was very friendly and helpful and clearly explained the different types of fabric and options for fabric protection. He also walked back to the sofa with me with my final choices and laid the swatches out so I could see them in comparison to the floor sample. He also explained the design service that is available. I've bought other furniture from this store which has held up well over time so I am confident this new purchase will also last.

I had a great shopping experience at La-Z-Boy in Exton. Blake was very helpful the first time I visited the store. After that I had a wonderful consultation in my home with Abbie. She was punctual, informative and knowledgeable. Following that I had an in store appointment with Abbie. She was very helpful using pictures of my actual living room enhanced with computerized images of my furniture and fabric choices displayed on her iPad. The selection process was easy to navigate with Abbie's insightful input. All in all a great shopping experience!

The sales associate was very helpful in helping me to select the perfect sofa that went well with my wall color and green carpet. Lazy boy is a game changer in that they offer so much than the recliners that they are known for. I definitely recommend Lazy Boy as a place to checkout for modern furniture. You see a piece of furniture one way and they can custom make it another way.

I was very happy with my sale representive.His name was Julius. He was exceptionally pleasant and very informative. If I had a business I would hire him in a heartbeat. Good workers are very hard to come by today.

Julius and Abbie made this a winner experience. I was shopping for a recliner as a start to a LR rehab. Julius helped me find the right size recliner. But I really need designing help to get an overall plan for my LR. Abbie came to my house to see what i had and get measurements. I was really pleased with her plan which we reviewed online. With fabrics and even carpet suggestions. It was exactly what I needed to make decisions. I look forward to continue working with this team. Abbie is the best!!

Dymir was a wonderful sales man. He didn’t pressure us but was close by to answer questions. When we acknowledged a problem with a floor model he was honest and tried to work with us. We appreciated his kindness and professionalism. We are very happy with our purchase!

The sales man was professional and polite. I liked that after he checked in on me he didn’t keep coming up and ask me questions. He also took the extra time to find a fabric that would come in a week instead 2 months. I’m a forever customer

I walked into the store and very quickly someone asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in a recliner. He began by asking how soon I wanted the recliner. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I found the recliner I liked and I bought it within 30 minutes. I proceeded to walk around the store and the same person who helped me with the recliner also helped me with a modern coffee table. Overall gooto La-z-boy was a very good experience.

Dymir was very helpful. he did not hover over us like many furniture store sales people do. He let us look and checked in on us every once in a while. Very much appreciated.

Working with Abbie was a wonderful experience! Her interior design expertise was invaluable when redesigning the furniture in our living room. Our salesperson, Dymir, was very knowledgeable and helped us customize the sectional to exactly what we wanted.

We chose this location to purchase a recliner for our nursery. It was really nice to be able to test all the chairs out in store and figure out what would work best for our space. The sales team was incredibly helpful with helping us narrow down the options (there are many!) and ensure we got what we were looking for at a great price. I would definitely recommend this location!
