Walmart

First time at that location and I notice a couple of things that are different in this Walmart! The outdoor facade is red instead of blue/ white. The second thing is that I notice and they don’t have are the self check out cashier. This is a must have in most store these days. I have t use a cashier lane at Walmart for over 3 years. And today I have to wait for the previous customer transaction to be fixed by a supervisor after waiting for 8 min.
The store is clean, the staff are very helpful! On this day that we’re doing inventory I think and they have a lot, I mean a lot of items in store. We even find some stuff from the Disney movie “ Encanto”, which are sold out in most Disney store in Florida. The store was busy and clean compared to some busy Walmart.

My wife broke her glasses that we had purchased through another Walmart location. We stopped into the Exton Walmart and a technician was able to fix the glasses in less than 15 minutes. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. We were not sure if they could even be repaired. Good as new now. We have always been pleased with the service we have received in the Eye Centers

The employees that bring out orders for Uber, DoorDash drivers are on point. They communicate with you and are prompt on bringing orders out.

Walmart at Exton is closer to.pottstown pike and nesr to the mall area. They have plenty of parking and, in general, with always people around. As you enter the place, customer service is on your left, and then on your left is the subway shop to grab something to eat after your shopping.
The shop meets all your needs except veggies and fruits, unlike other locations they carry them. This place I have shopped electronics, clothing, shoes, home essentials, vessels, stationery, kids bikes, games, and toys. The price is always nice and good for the price. Their return policy is always sweet. Only going you may want to notice is your waiting time at the checkout registers during late hours. The customer service desk is good.

Zaire was super helpful in helping me find the things I was looking for & really nice! Jamie also assisted me with how to pay digitally as I did not have my wallet. Friendly staff! Appreciate it!!

It was the best and I mean the best Walmart I have ever been to !! It was impeccably clean, merchandised so it was easy to shop for the items I wanted plus associates are friendly and one associate actually walked me from the front of the store to the aisle that I needed to find easy gripper for my kitchen drawers and cabinets. I didn’t get his name but I think he was in security and was Hispanic he was so nice!!! Kudos to him!! I will absolutely go back to this Walmart!! My first impression of this Walmart that’s it it is SUPER clean and merchandise was filled in in every aisle in the store!!! A huge shout out to the store manager for a smooth running store you should be proud and I thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable!!

Everything in order, clean and staff is polite.

Convenient parking and location in Exton Marketplace. Good prices with great gift ideas for birthdays.

Awesome deals like always. Have good products and do carry name brand stuff as well.

They have been making a lot of changes for the Customer you can see the Growth of the Company.

You know Walmart gets a bad rap but this Walmart has turned its “trashy-ness” around. Now if only they could find some help or incentivize their employees to be faster.

Very clean, well stocked. Was there mid day on a Saturday, plenty of parking, friendly employees. Quick checkout (no self checkout though...at least not yet).

Finally got a car again and I just drive to Walmart 2 years without a car that couldn't drive one of the first places I went to was Walmart near me

Great store. Typically very clean. I wish they had more dairy and possibly a small butcher section in the grocery aspect. Other than that very reliable for random needs.

The store was in clean and neat and a lot of employees working with each other, in the different depth throughout the store. And they have a Tire Dept in this store, which I thought was a very nice option. If needed. Their garden center was in very nice organized condition. A nice healthy colorful selection of plants n flowers and reasonably priced

Easy in and easy out! They have a nice selection of fresh cut fruit.
