Jana is someone that I can 100% recommend in your home buying or selling process. She's done both for us! She is extremely detail oriented and has even gone to the town hall to find property records when an item is in question. She's the best - both caring and really straight forward when she needs to be.

To my upsale not enough information

This is a review for almost 2 years ago but nonetheless I think important to leave. I had a phone call with Patrick O'Connell about purchasing a home in Burlington. My husband and I are both healthcare professionals and were looking for a change. I let him know I was driving up and was interested in one home specifically but would be happy to look at others. I told him it would take a couple days to get there but was serious. After arriving I drive to the home we were interested in. There was a woman unpacking and said she bought the place well over a month past. I contacted Patrick but he said he was too busy to get together. I tried again the next day and got the same response. He left a very bad example of a human being.
