I want to share that University staff that are really professional with me they took care me all the during the surgery I want thank every single one to Savarise,Mark T, MD in her staff in the rest of Doctors Thank you ♥

Every time I go there, everyone is so personable and helpful. Several went above and beyond to make sure I got a prescription I needed before going out of the country on a business trip. They make it worth having to park and go inside.

Super nice and helpful staff. Quite fast in filling prescriptions.

Great hospital. Had my colonoscopy done here.

Austin was impressive and incredible helpful no one else there was this helpful everyone was very short tempered and even at one point one lady yelled at my mom to move out of the way my mom is kind women and for sake of her son she took it in but that is not behavior of great hospitals also the doctors was nice but nurses were not impressed no hostility only Austin

Absolutely awesome pharmacy I will go no where else’s. They are completely able to find and fill prescriptions that no other pharmacy has. Because of that they literally saved my life. They are amazing, and personal opinion need a pay raise for all the extra work they do to help patients like me. Their angels!

Made an appointment for my son on my chart for 2/28. Verified it after.We got there, and they couldn't find it. The only one they could see was for June 6th, which we hadn't made. They have a new scheduling system, and it took them 35 minutes to get us another appointment scheduled. They finally had to call a supervisor up to figure it out, and she ended up just telling them to put in the appointment and note that she approved it.

This pharmacy is a nightmare to work with. They had a data breach so they couldn’t bill my ins for my meds and didn’t know how long it would last for. They couldn’t bother to let me know not to come pick up my meds. Asked them to fill my 3 month prescription and they only filled it for one. Again unable to bill ins because they filled it incorrectly the first time. Last time they forgot to give me a medicine and they had no idea which it was so they still billed my Ins and I paid but never received. Pharmacist called me telling me to come pick it up but didn’t write a note about which prescription it was so they wouldn’t give it it me. Seems like insurance fraud to me. Seriously get it together.

Worst doctors I have seen, I was talk to as if I was mentally disabled. I have kidney stones which are made out of calcium. I had them before (4 times) and needed surgery for them. The last time I had them removed because I became septic due to 1 rubbing in my kidney.
These doctors sent me to get an MRI which I payed over 2,000 to get results confirming I had 18 stones in 1 kidney alone and they would not remove them. The doctor focus more on my smoking and preventive ways (which I know that I needed to stop talking my seizure medication, which is 1 reason than I get these stones).
They never worried about my pain that these stones are causing. I can't wait until my job changes insurance providers and can go back to IHC to doctors that really care for patients instead of insurance issues.
TERRIBLE DOCTORS, don't recommend them at all.
