The team from Trailway Construction was great from start to finish. They provided a detailed estimate to replace our original stair railings with a top quality oak and wrought iron design. Their attention to detail and regular communication with us throughout the process made us confident with our decision. We highly recommend them and will likely use them again.

Trailways did a great job replacing our house siding. They paid attention to detail, for example around outlets, faucets, light fixtures, and kitchen oven vent (please see photos). We got lots of compliments from neighbors.

Everyone we met from Trailway Construction was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Their work ethics are phenomenal!! Anything we asked them to do, in addition to what we had planned, was done without hesitation and done well!! Everything from demolition to cleaning up at the end of the day, was done thoroughly!! The drywall workers , the painters, tile installation, flooring, everything GREAT!! Need I say more!! We were so blessed to have them make our home sooo beautiful!!!🤩

Trailway Construction transformed the front of our home into something that we never could have imagined! They replaced our shingle roof with a metal roof, replaced the shutters and doors, and added a front porch. Their attention to detail is impressive. I hired Trailway Construction to replace a shared roof between my neighbor and I. They also transformed our actively ventilated attic(fan based) into a passive ventilated attic (soffit and ridgevent). My neighbor and I were very pleased with the job that Trailway did; everything looks clean and well installed. When asking questions for my own understand, Trailway's employees were thoughtful and patient. When raising concerns, the team was able to work with me in a good way to figure out the best path forward; they were flexible, reasonable, and very accommodating.

Trailways, where do I begin? Over a year ago they came out and repaired a roof for me less than 6 months after having it replaced by a “friend” if you’d call them that. They were fast and reasonable considering they were repairing someone else’s mistakes. They removed a skylight and replaced the shingle.

Fast forward we just bought an old farmhouse which needs/needed some major repairs. They came in gave me all my options and placed four steel beams and tons of columns. They also repaired my gutters, a window sill and re-sealed anywhere they saw needed love. Trailways really went above and beyond for us. They are honest and trustworthy. The level of communication is great especially since I’m annoying ;) I will use them again and again <3

Thank you Trailway Construction crew! The results of my 3 bathroom projects are beyond what I imagined they could be. The complete gutting/remodeling of 2 full bathrooms and the renovated shower in the 3rd were something that my 100 year old house truly needed. New plumbing, electrical, lighting and AMAZING tile work make a huge impact on the entire feel of my home. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail and communication it took to get the job done with as much ease as possible.

Trailway replaced all the old rotted wood facia, soffitts and trim boards on our house and repaired the 1 story deck support posts. The construction crews were professional, excellent carpenters making every bit of work look as if the house were brand new instead of 50 years old. After estimate requests to other companies, 5 of whom even refused to bid the job because of the 3 story high work to be done, Trailway came through when others would not. My confidence in them is unsurpassed. You bet I have given their contact information to others and will continue to do so.

Trailway construction framed a 28’x40’ (2240 sq ft) two story addition to our home. The work ethic of the crew was absolutely amazing. The amount of daily progress was impressive. The job was completed in just six days. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Steven was our project lead and his communication was great. Any minor variation to the plan or error on our plan was explained with options and then confirmed to be acceptable before proceeding. I am very thankful for the workmanship of the crew, specially Steven, Elvin, and Omar. Great workers, great quality. 100% satisfied. I will use them again if I have another need and would highly recommend them to anyone considering them for a project.

Trailways Construction recently built a 16 x 30 foot cathedral ceiling roof over our deck. We are beyond satisfied with this project. Throughout the job we were consulted on every detail to be sure our preferences were considered. As work progressed we requested several changes that were always accommodated. The entire crew was professional, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Steven was our project lead and his attention to detail is unmatched, he is a true craftsman. The result is a well built structure that far exceeds our original expectations.

Trailway Construction did a fantastic job redoing our roof. Jason was very helpful, and responsive to all our needs to coordinate a date amist covid delays as well as coordinating with getting insulation done as well. We received several quotes for a new roof and we felt Trailway was reasonable and honest. Once the project started, Stephen and his crew worked tirelessly and we were amazed watching the progress each day. They were meticulous in their work and we are so happy with the final product. We would recommend Trailway Construction to anyone looking for a new roof!

After being quoted an exorbitant amount of money to redo my roof from another place, I found Trailway Construction off a recommendation from another roofing company that said i was outside their jurisdiction. I'm glad that i was able to make that connection because Jason and his team were great. We did have some rain halt work the first day, but they sealed everything up so nothing got into the house which i appreciated. There were some challenges getting the roofing material up due to the slope of our driveway compared to the road, but they were able to overcome that as well. The roof looks great and there hasn't been any leakage,so i think that is mission accomplished. Everybody was pleasant to work with and they did a great job, I would highly recommend them!

If you want the best then hire Trailway. They are professionals who work with you and COMMUNICATE! it was a true pleasure to work with all the crew. We already scheduled additional work because we were so happy with our beautiful new sun-room. This is a company who treats your house as though it was theirs. You can't ask for more than that!
