This past week, we closed on our first home, using Nancy Jenkins Real estate. We had a really smooth time working with Sam Keeper. He is a buyer specialist which we really appreciated. Sam was always available to answer our questions and always picked up phone calls whenever we needed anything. He in the entire Nancy Jenkins team, made buying our first home, very manageable from the very first meeting up until beyond closing day. We originally contacted Nancy Jenkins, because of their great reviews, and they definitely lived up to them.

We would definitely recommend Sam and Nancy Jenkins to our friends and family as an added bonus, they have a moving truck which you can use for free as part of purchasing or selling a home with them.

We've bought and sold 4 properties w/Nancy Jenkins over the last 5 years (total of 6 xsactions) (you know what you don't want to be at 63yo? Good at moving) Anyway--Both Nancy's seller's and buyer's teams are great! I generally tell realtors: The first raised ranch you show me is the last time you'll hear from me. They never listen! But Lori from NJ listens and found great properties for us that met our needs. Amanda helped us through a difficult sale recently, she's the best!

My wife and I were looking for a house in Burlington as a retirement location for when we leave the West Coast and move closer to family. We interviewed a number of realty groups, and Kristin Ouellette at Nancy Jenkins Real Estate stood out with her incredible positive attitude and reassurance that she would help us every step of the way, completely undaunted by the fact that we would be doing the majority of our work together remotely. We wondered if it was possible that someone could sustain that enthusiasm throughout the entire home-buying process, and Kristin exceeded all of our expectations.

We met in Burlington and toured a number of properties that she had scoped out for us as a way for her to understand what we were looking for. We were in no hurry to purchase, and over the ensuing 14 months Kristin helped us focus in on what we really wanted in a house. This set us up for success during subsequent video tours. For example, she was able to help rule out several houses when she toured them with us based on our earlier in-person feedback We found the perfect house for us, and it was in the negotiation process where Kristin really shone. Her positive interaction with the seller’s agent enabled her to present the favorable aspects of our offer, and it ended up being chosen over an all cash offer.

During the closing process, we relied on her personal recommendations for a mortgage banker as well as a real estate lawyer, and were extremely pleased with these individuals as well.

We echo the sentiments of other of her clients when we say the only downside of our having found our dream house is that we will miss working with Kristin! It has been a true pleasure.

For anyone checking out my review, I know it's long. That's because Nancy Jenkins handled the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new place. I recount my very positive experiences at both ends of the process.

I highly recommend Nancy Jenkins Real Estate. I worked with Amanda Gerlack, who was fantastic. I also worked with Kristin Ouellette, Courtney Shearer, and Carol Blouin, who were all outstanding. Amanda was brilliant at putting my mind at ease during a stressful time, providing informed answers to all questions, great and small. Carol made sure that I made all my deadlines and didn't drop the ball on anything. Several unexpected hiccups happened on the day of the closing. These would have completely undone me if Carol and Amanda and I'm sure other folks in the office had not leapt into the fray to resolve them. A number of people asked me why I worked with a realtor, instead of listing the property myself in the current seller-friendly market. Throughout the process, and especially on the day of the closing, I was incredibly grateful that I had the support of experienced professionals.

My experience with the Nancy Jenkins team was so positive that I asked Kristin Ouellette to serve as my buyer's agent as I looked for a new place. Kristin assured me she would find the perfect home for me, but I was skeptical--not because I doubted her expertise and sincerity but because the real estate market in Chittenden County, VT, is so challenging. Well, she did exactly what she said she would do. I'm now happily living in a condo that ticked all of my boxes. Frankly, I didn't think I would be able to afford such a wonderful home, but Kristin is a master negotiator. I worked with Sam Keeper and Carol Blouin. They were incredible. I recently worked with another realtor in the area and was dissatisfied. This was not the case with Sam and Carol. They were amazing. They kept me up to date on everything, they made the whole process as easy as possible and made sure that no one was going to take advantage of me. They are well connected in the area, and have a sterling reputation for good reason. They are the only realtor I would use in Vermont. I can't recommend them enough. If you're shopping for realtors, you found the best!

We LOVED working with Kristin Ouelette and her team in Burlington. Kristin worked tirelessly to find the perfect place for us, and she always did everything with a smile. She listened to our needs and gave good advice when it came to making an offer. She always responded quickly and got ALL questions answered.
