They have great service. They were out of an item I wanted but offered to have it transferred from another store. I received immediate help. Much better than Amazon

Bought a TV from Target on the East Shore Christmas eve. The screen was broken and I could not see it until I plugged it in. Box was all beat up. I took it back. Last night I bought a TV online through Best Buy close to my house in Mechanicsburg. This TV is way better and great price! The greeter working the front door asked me why I was here. I went into the line for about 30 seconds. There were about 12 people in line. They scanned my phone and had my TV out in 15 seconds. Top notch. The box was perfect and looked untouched. I got it home and hooked it up perfectly. I had not bought from Best Buy in decades probably since the 90s in Philly. I will buy all electronics from here on out from them. Awesome!

Excellent experience last weekend with Tyler in the apple area, and Matt at the Verizon counter. Tyler was phenomenally helpful. Matt was great too, he was able to successfully multitask with several customers at once. Great job all!!

Was set on buying a 55in Samsung to replace the older model we currently had. Store associate Ronnie had suggested the 55in Sony Bravia as an alternative once he learned I was using a PS5. I was hesitant but trusted his knowledge. And I couldn't be happier with his suggestion. Thank you, Ronnie:)

Associate was helpful and knowledgeable in the mobile phones section. He dealt with a rude customer who interrupted us professionally and quickly without delaying service to my son and me.

My experience in buying a computer and printer was excellent because of Phillip who answered all my questions, helped me choose what was right for my situation and most of all was very kind.

Froendly and helpful associates as usual, and found what I wanted to buy. If I can't find it elsewhere, Best Buy always has it.

Order a laptop and printer online. Went into store and had my merchandise within 10 minutes. Spent twice the amount of time trying to get in and out of the parking lot.

Fast and easy curb side pick up. Had what we ordered within 45 minutes of placing the order.

Great stuff at great prices, and everything we needed was all in one store. Ryan helped our family with all of our questions and provided limitless support. Extremely courteous staff, good selection of product, my best experience in a Best Buy by far.

These guys went above and beyond trying to sing a product for me. They ended up not having it, but three people searched for like 15 minutes

Went Black Friday to pick up a watch bought online with old one exchange. We were directed to the line. Someone came over to scan our paperwork early and then kept with us, doing everything he could to get our situation handled. They were all clearly exhausted by how many people in there for the sales but we're super nice. I really hope they get good bonuses for how nice they were despite the stressful day.

Anthony and Greg at Best Buy store #1478are AWESOME! This was the BEST experience we have ever had at a Best Buy. I was in person and on a video call with my wife. They were patient, knew the products and all the programs, we came in for a washer and dryer and ended up with washer, dryer, a vacuum/floor scrubber, 2 tvs and a year long best buy membership and warranties for everything and stayed within our budget. Awesome service 👏 we will be life long customers at this store!

Picking up my phone order was easy, and kudos to the guy at the mobile phone dept for asking me if I was there to upgrade or not as both employees were busy with upgrades. Since I was just picking up, he got my phone for me and I was able to check out at the regular register. Saved me from standing there while people in front of me upgraded in store.

Excellent experience most times i. There, but particularly last time. Went in looking for a computer, manager saw what i was buying and offered up a basically brand new open box computer, same one i was looking at... for 1/3 the price. Works great!

Probably wasn't the best idea to visit on Black Friday but the staff were doing a phenomenal job!
