Awesome service! Mark is so nice! He has done work on my car for multiple years and he always goes above and beyond my expectations to make sure my car is repaired properly and safely. He recently had to replace a couple parts and when my car started acting up the next day, he promptly took care of it and I couldn’t be happier with his service! He never tries to “take advantage” or charge me more because of my lack of knowledge relating to cars.

So I’ve bought numerous cars for my 3 girls and myself over the years from Mark . It’s where my car gets serviced and I would never go anywhere else . All experiences couldn’t have been better . If you have any doubts about Marks kindness and integrity here’s a story . When my middle daughter was 16 she was ready for a car . She worked at the bakery after school and had her eye in one of Marks cars . She had saved a little and I told her I’d match her savings but she still had substantially less than the purchase price. After a little negotiation Mark signed over the car and agreed to take a weekly payment from her for I think 6 weeks or so . She dutifully walked over every week with her bakery paycheck until the balance was paid . He is not in the loan business and it may have been the only time he’s ever done that but it speaks to his kindness and understanding .... it was a great car.... my youngest is driving a car he sold her 2 years ago hasn’t had a single issue...

Can't speak more highly about our experience here with Mark. We had some trepidation about buying from a used car place for the first time but were told Mark was honest and trustworthy. Sure enough, we felt no pressure, could tell her was being honest and he was super friendly and chill. The cars he had were great and at the mention of a couple of problems we saw with the car we wanted he offered to fix before the sale. Can't go wrong here.

Excellent Experience. Mark gave us a great deal on our daughters first car. He also immediately replaced a windshield that we didn't even notice was broken (he knew and it was part of the sales agreement). Super nice guy, great prices, great cars....we'll definitely be back!

Mark is the best. Honest and puts customer service first. In the business of selling cars it's hard to trust anyone but I've learned to trust Mark. He's friendly, kind, and his attitude is sell one car honestly and the customer will come back and buy another. That's how he makes money, repeat loyal customers.

The team at Village Car company is very friendly, reliable and efficient! I pulled into the shop to make an appointment for my car (needed a new headlight)- and within five minutes, Mark (the owner), had changed my headlight! No appointment needed. It was AWESOME! I highly recommend Village Car Company.

Mark is a good guy. He sold us a car, which worked out fine, and then he's sold cars to two of my daughters. He's straightforward about the cars he sells, and the profit he needs to make. He's also been very good to my girls with service after the sale.

An absolutely great place. Stand up guys, good customer service, more than fair prices. Been driving an Acura I bought from them for almost two years with minimal issues and, the couple times I have brought it in (it's got 170k miles; minor issues are inevitable) I usually walk out wondering if they even charge for labor.

Recent bad experience at another shop (rushed situation, no good options; Handy's in Burlington tried to take me for over $500 to do two coils and a couple spark plugs) reminded me how happy I am with Village Car Company as my regular mechanics. Village Car is a tiny shop, so they can get filled up sometimes, but I for one learned my lesson about some things being worth a wait.

Hand down the best car buying experience around. It was well worth the drive from Burlington to have the opportunity to buy a car from someone who truly cares about your buying experience. Working with Mark has been great and I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Village Car Company if you are fed up with the high pressure sales tactics used by South Burlington auto dealers...
