I had an issue with my laptop which turned out to be minor ... like super minor. The guys took their time to resolve the issue but also get precious pictures off the laptop and on to an external hard drive that I purchased from them. They showed me how to use it as well as gave me tips for purchasing a new laptop and making sure everything was secure. These guys really go above and beyond even though they're super busy. I'm grateful for the time they took today to help me out. If you're looking for excellent service, this is your go to. 10 out of 10 .. highly recommend!!

If you have a computer, they’re diligent in fixing it. They’re fairly priced and won’t gouge. I’ve also trusted buying computers from them - which have lasted a long time.

Where to start ... these guys are just brilliant ! My computer runs better than when I bought it, and that's the truth. My computer is like one of those that cost a arm and a leg ! Just as fast as I look for something the results are like a blaze. Seriously, I can't say anything negative about these fellas - Ron, Dave & Noah know what they're doing in a fascinating way. Responded right away when we needed assistance - were polite & professional - fixed our issues, updated things and gave some good tips which help us navigate the system better. We're not very tech minded and the gentleman was very patient in listening and getting us set up the way we wanted. Really appreciated all this - great experience (this is the second time we have used their services - very pleased).

If you have computer needs, THIS is the place to go! I was totally panicked when my very old laptop went into fits and then wouldn't turn off. Ron took my "wounded soldier" in and allowed me to expedite servicing it. He got it back to me promptly with the advice to upgrade it to a solid state drive. I took it home and thought about it. When I finally decided to go with that decision he was able to fit me in for service the same day. I'm back home and I just can't believe how fast this machine is now! It's like going from a Model T to a Muscle Car!! Thank you so much Ron!

Good rates and always fixes my laptops issues

Was looking for a laptop and had negative experiences at 2 major retailers. A friend recommended this business. I was impressed with the professional way they operated. They answered all of my questions and I was able to purchase a laptop that exceeded my requirements for less than I would have spent at the "box stores".

Very professional people in the shop. No snobbery. If you don't understand something, they'll explain it in a way that doesn't make you feel like an idiot. My interactions with them have 100% positive and they seem honest. I would highly recommend this business.

Rates are posted and are fair. The two men working there when I dropped off my computer were friendly and courteous. The new location is convenient and easy to access. They provide you with an estimate of time the repairs will take. Overall a very positive experience. Will post more after I pick up my computer.

Recently I was forced to find another place for my Computer business.

I had just spent $80.00 the day before to have another person attempt a fix from his home, but in my opinion he didn't know what to do with a sound issue I had.

You always worry when you chose a new computer fix it shop, so when I dropped it off at The Computer Shop, I was a little scared someone might
enter my personal information. I had six issues that needed fixed.

John the owner made me feel comfortable. The shop and office were very clean. Ron serviced my computer and in fact had me bring in the printer the following date. He notified me I was out of black ink, ask me to purchase same, and the six problems were taken care of.

He only charged me for one day. I attempted to pay for the second day but he refused. He asked me to refer the company to anyone I know who might need service. I felt at peace and intended to write this letter because I needed to tell them as well as he public, what a good job

In closing, take my advice and try The Computer Shop.

I will NOT take my computer ANYWHERE else. I have used these guys for 10 years, and they have always provided me with 100% customer satisfaction. I hope they stay in business as long as I have a need for a computer. I seriously don't know what I would do otherwise. Recommended to everyone who has a computer. You will NOT be disappointed!
