I received a call from this number and it came up on caller ID as Laura's Hair Frenzy. As I know many stylists, I answered only to find a recorded message about my cars warranty. One of those scam calls. It was unfair of me to post the review as a "one star" but after calling, it was in fact your salon (which I have never visited) . I don't do social media so I am glad this reached you. I have attached a photo of the call from my logs. My apologies again and I hope someone isn't using your number for misdeeds

Gave her 3 stars a few years ago, because she did a decent job on my hair... But since I've had nothing but trouble trying to get appointments to use gift certificates... Which for some reason are only good for 3 months (most ppl do a year). I had my daughters hair permanently straightened, it only lasted like 2-3 days... Plus I went in with my mother when she hired a second girl; while laura was showing her how to do the cut, she wasnt even watching she was on her damn phone! Safe to say my business there is done...
