Killington Grand Resort Hotel

Been great so far. The staff, be it front desk, bellmen, valet, or the maitre'de and wait staff at Preston's have been fantastic. You can't beat the location being at the base of the mountain and the heart of Killington

Great place to stay for skiing. The hotel has a ski check in/out and its a 5 minute walk to a lift. Also have a hot tub, sauna, steamroom for recovery after a day of skiing. The customer service is awesome by the front desk. We had a room with a queen bed for 2 me and my son and we asked for a cot or a sofa bed and they moved us to a different room with a fold out chair bed at the same rate. I was also able to add on an extra day of skiing after a rain out on day 1. The staff was also helpful in other ways (coffee, bandaids).

My second time staying here and I would highly recommend it.

I just wanted to come and give Slynn a shoutout. We left my daughters very expensive iPad in the room. Called multiple times. Housekeeping couldn’t find it. Slynn was very helpful and went up to our room and found the iPad for us, kept it safe and made sure it got shipped back. Thank you Slynn for your excellent customer service!!!

Always love... great rooms at decent priced with kitchenette and coffee makers... sounds like small things but it makes a difference. People are always great.

Top shelf ski in/ski out accommodation. The heated pool was the family favorite apres activity.

The pool, sauna and steam rooms were the highlight of my trip. Such a great stay.

Best Ski Resort on the east coast…!!! Staff and ski crew are fantastic. Easy ski in ski out.

My family and I have been here three times now. We only stumbled upon this because we had a nightmare air bnb situation where we showed up and it was cancelled without us knowing so we walked over to grand lodge and the rest is is history. Clinton, the gentleman at the front desk was the best hotel staff member we have ever encountered. We had a 3 month old baby and had never traveled and he made sure to get us an affordable room and made us feel like we were part of his family. We have come back and he has has helped us every time (Karen is great as well and super nice!). I would recommend the grand lodge to anyone, the rooms are clean and roomy, the amenities are convenient and the things to do are endless. Love this place!

The room was a large and clean, for the price it was a good deal. That being said the real selling point to me was the heated pool and the distance to the chairlift. It was a 200 yard walk to the chairlift, you cannot get any closer to the mountain, it was amazing. The ski gear storage room was awesome too. They also have a shuttle service that takes you into town for dinner and whatnot. I did not have to use my car for four days, it was great.

A lovely place, filled with style and comfort. The views are stellar, and there are so many places to sit and relax a bit.

This is a great hotel located on the mountain. And in the off season it has so much to offer. Mountain biking down the hill, zip lines, roller coaster, heated outdoor pool and much more. Plus they have a very nice restaurant there ... Preston's. The steak was crazy great ... burger was good, pork was great, the mango Habanero wings are not that flavorful but Burrata appetizer was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

You had me at amazing heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis!! This facility is amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful, Preston's (the in house restaurant) has a great menu. The hotel sits right at the base of the mountain so just a quick 3 minute walk and you're right at the lift. It just gets no better

Exceptional service provided by all staff. Room was great, well equipped and maintained, all other facilities including pool and hot tubs were great. Super location for access to the ski hill. And have to mention to great ski valet service. Highly recommended.

We were on a bus tour & unfortunately only got to spend 1 night here. Would have loved another night to really enjoy this awesome hotel

Had a great weekend getaway here! The room was large and clean. And the kitchenette had everything you would need. The amenities were also great, especially the heated pool and hot tub that had amazing views of the mountain. The staff were also very friendly. I also recommend trying out the restaurant at the resort, it was very tasty.

The best location. We've been coming back to the Grand for at least 20 years. We've stayed other places, but always come back to the best. Ski storage. Valet parking. Great service. We miss the buffet breakfast 😢

Great rooms, good service, and fantastic location right by the mountain. Just need to cross a short bridge to get there.
There is a ski check, but they don't take boots or poles FYI.
They've got a great heated outdoor pool and two jacuzzis. They also have a gym, sauna and steam room.
I liked the rooms as the heat worked well, we had a great view of the mountain and there were two sinks.
One thing to note - we overstayed our checkout time and they charged us $760 for an extra night. Was very tough to fight it, as we went with a group and they didn't have our number to call.
I liked the mesh wifi across the community.

Had a great time over Mother’s Day weekend, the room layout caught me by surprise but we had a good time cooking, hanging out at the pool and in the owners lounge. Can’t wait to be back and learn how to ski or snowboard
