My ski partner, Carrie, and I stopped by Potter Brothers at Killington and talked to Ryan and Chris about doing a demo day. Both guys are exceptional, professional and helped us demo 4 different skis each during the day. They helped us choose the skis based on our levels and what we like to ski. It was an awesome experience and we recommend it to everyone looking for the pair of skis that fit will them the best. We both ended up buying a pair of demo skis at a very reasonable prices that we couldn't find elsewhere. We are ecstatic with our decisions and smiling all the way down the slopes. Thank you Ryan and Chris for not just helping us but for doing it with professionalism and making our day. We will see you again, maybe for boots the next time :).

My fiance and I took a trip to Killington and as a Christmas present I got the demo to buy package. 10/10 would do again! Chris and Jojo were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was a great deal and we felt comfortable and no pressure to buy the entire time! They also knew their strengths and weaknesses to help everyone appropriately. Highly recommend!

Came in with some snowboard boots that were giving me a hard time. Chris spent nearly an hour checking things out and getting me set up with a new rig (the previous boots were just never going to
work right). More importantly, he took the time to explain some subtle boot fit issues that I’d been getting wrong forever. Wish I’d had that conversation 30 years earlier. Lesson learned: don’t ever substitute a boot fitter with a salesman.

I love Potter Brothers. I have been getting my skies tuned there for 5 or more years now. They have a new Montana Challenge II tuning machine that is capable of returning your edges to original factory specs and grinding myriad different patterns into your bases. Potter Brothers also has a wide selection of boots and demo skis. John, Ryan, Chris and the gang do a great job. Check them out; tell them Erik sent you.

Set me up with demos that fit my skill level, style, but still will hold up to more advanced skiing as I improve!

They also did a boot adjustment that relieved a sore spot. Having never owned boots I didn't know how important it was too get them fitted as good as possible and relieve any pressure points for a solid consistent fit.

I went back in several times for little questions and the staff was always helpful and knowledge.

I snapped the binding on one of my skis on my first day out of a week vacation. Had to hike up a treacherous set of stairs in ski boots to take the gondola down, thinking the entire time that at least my day of skiing and possibly my vacation was over unless I shelled out a ton of money to get new bindings. Caught the shuttle over to Potter brothers where they fixed my binding in 10 minutes for $40 and I was back on the mountain with peace of mind within the hour. They literally saved my vacation and my experience there was amazing.

This shop is fantastic. The staff really know their stuff and will work with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. I was having major issues with a pair of boots I rented off-site, and they took ample time to try and assess what the problem was and to correct it. I was able to get a pair of demo boots so that I could enjoy my last day on the slopes, which would have been impossible without this shop and their knowledge and generosity! Thank you guys so much!!!

$50 per day to rent (demo) a pair of pro skis (as of 2019-2020 season). You can swap the skis three times per day to try out whatever you like. If you demo a ski and then choose to buy it, they'll knock off whatever you spent demoing it (i.e.: demo the same pair for 2 days, the buy price will be $100 less). Explain to the staff your ski abilities and style and they'll set you up with a good pair to try.

Thought my day was over when my snowboard binding wouldn’t tighten before getting on the first chair. Potter Brothers repaired my binding in minutes for just $5. They also detuned my edges on my brand new board for free. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Potter Brothers! I had a seamless demo experience and I love the fact that you can try three different pairs (not many places allow that). All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Demo skis at potter bros at snowshed is a no brainer. First you can try a few on very quickly. You can't do that from anyplace else on the mountain.swap them out in just a few minutes without getting back in your car or hop the bus.Second John Hobbs is one of the most knowledgeable ski guys out there. Literally a buyers guide encyclopedia! I've been skiing at a very high level for over 40 years .Ryan,Michelle and AJ are also very informative and get you in and out on the next demos pretty fast. The small fee to demo skis and to be able to swap out and be back on the mountain ,with the knowledge and education you get.truly priceless. Big fan .great job!

Convenient location to board in to from the mountain, the employees kindly and patiently took care of multiple setup and equipment issues immediately upon walking in; additionally talking me through the issues so I could trouble shoot on my own in the future.

Got a light tune on my daily drivers. Dropped off in am, ready before lunch. Knowledgeable staff and mountainside.

This shop was great had an old binding strap that snapped on me and luckily they had it and saved my day. Gotta love friendly helpful people
