Had the privilege of having Martin as a salesman, He was very cordial upon arrival, eager to assess any needs and or questions. We tried various mattresses and went with his first choice he showed us as it was his initial recommendation due to our needs. We got a great price and delivery was included on the day we wanted can't ask for much more from a consumer standpoint. He gave us a great deal on New pillows as well as we are sick of buying new ones every few months to try to get the right fit. Martin was awesome! He did a great job helping us find a good mattress within our budget. We really like our mattress and the great price we got. I would definitely recommend them if you are mattress shopping.

They have all kinds of mattresses. Price may vary depending on the budget. People are nice. They even don't consider that people will not come again after the purchase. It may take a while to get the mattresses but it won't be too long. The delivery guy will call when they arrived. They helped me to set everything up perfectly.

Martin is a very knowledgeable professional! We would not have been able to choose a mattress to meet our needs without stopping in and discussing our needs with him! Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about Kyle! My fiancé and I went in thinking we knew what we wanted. We had been to 2 other mattress stores and he was by far the most informative and personable person we came in contact with through out this entire experience. He did not push us but guided us to make the best purchase for us. He gave us several options in different price points. We actually chose to come back to mattress warehouse specifically to buy a mattress from Kyle over the competitor. He was personable and approachable from the first moment we walked into the store! We will be getting our mattress in less than a week with easy free shipping! I will most definitely be referring my friends and family to Kyle for their future mattress purchases.

I went in here looking for a pillow Where Kyle helped me out. He introduced me to purple pillow For which I will be forever grateful. This pillow is so nice that my wife had to have one. When we went back Kyle helped us out again. Does this guy not get days off? They ended up having a sale on purple mattresses so we bought one of those as well bcus purple is just that good. I def recommend going and talking with Kyle. He’s knowledgeable about his products, friendly and in never felt pressured into anything. 5 stars. Give this man a raise!!!!

The combination of their bedMatch system and Kyle's approachable and personable attitude made the buying process so simple and helped us through to get a new mattress. My visit to Mattress Warehouse of Carlisle was the first extremely positive experience I've had shopping for mattresses. Kyle and Mike were attentive and personable. And Kyle, who sold me on my purchased mattress and liner, was easily one of the best retail salespeople I've encountered. He never tried to show me mattresses beyond my price range, went over the various benefits/details of each mattress I could afford, and, most importantly, got to know me as a person. When he asked me about myself, I explained that part of my price range was due to driving a smaller car. Consequently, Kyle was able to sell me a more expensive product by showing me a foam mattress that was vacuum sealed and boxed so I could fit it in my vehicle.

That's a really good salesman. And while Kyle was retrieving the mattress from inventory, Mike took the time to ask me about myself and showed a genuine interest in just having a conversation.

If Mike and Kyle are the core team, then I would recommend anyone--regardless of your price range--to shop here. I feel good about this purchase and having been a patron at this location. Easy 5 stars; couldn't have been any better service.
