I used to be a Lowe's only guy, but I own Ryobi, and Orange Box is my new toy store. That's what my kids call it, Daddy's toy store. They have a wide selection of everything that is do it yourself. Unlike other stores, I never experienced pushy salespeople here. The employees are willing to help if you need it. They will also go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for, even if it's not available from them. They do kids building activities on Saturday mornings, which is great! It helps to build the skills needed to do minor repairs, and it's just plain fun.

Not going to lie i was skeptical about accommodations before making my decision to stay but i had wonderful experience and great nights sleep in the sheds they have around the side, the room stayed insulated and dry throughout the rain until the morning, 3 bars of wifi all night, and the employees didn't even wake me up in the morning.

Great service today didn't have what I need but some real effort and making sure

We were from out of town and needed a few miscellaneous items. All of the employees were friendly and greeted us. Sarah was a blessing, and was extremely helpful. It was the best HD experience we've ever experienced.

We have found that Home Depot typically has what we need to complete our projects, especially, when we do things that are more creative or out of the ordinary. Other places have less choices.

I had an issue with a gift card (unreadable pin) and the ladies working customer service went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They definitely took an active interest in seeking a resolution and didn’t pass me off as saying, “sorry, we can’t help you.” Great experience!

I was only in the store like 10 minutes to meet a friend but looking around they had a good selection of milwaukee tools

Went to Carlisle's Home Depot looking for rope. Too my surprise, it was on sale. Store was very organized and staff very helpful.

I was with a person who purchased something but a great environment and store and construction supplies.

Great store. Staff is friendly and always there to answer your questions.

My son just got back his letter from Santa-they went above and beyond with their letter station! Amazing!❤✨

My son lives close to Carlisle. I live close to Pittsburgh. I could not be there this weekend, but my wife could my son need an air conditioning unit, Shelly, Ben, and Glenn help my wife and me via FaceTime find the air conditioner, surge, protector, and screws that we needed. They were fantastic.

Never had a bad experience here. Very neat and carry lots of seasonal items.

I like Home Depot, but in-store shopping can be very frustrating. Many times items are not in the location indicated on the website or app. Sometimes the employees can't find the item at all. Not to mention if you want to purchase something that is locked behind a cage (I don't blame them for trying to prevent theft). It ends up being easier to just order online and pick up in store.

4168 Hanover pa home depot. Is amazing and always there for you.. so if you want the best service and get all the help and needs you deserve well come to the home Depot in Hanover pa. Wish I could give 10 stars...

Would like to commend Eric G. who is a cashier at the Carlisle store. He was polite, welcoming and made you feel like he cared about the customer and their needs. More like him is just what customer service is all about! He’s a keeper.

So much better than Lowe's. Used to be the other way around, but lately, everyone in this Home Depot has a new outlook on customer service. Every associate I came across had a smile and asked if they could help me find something. No wandering in confustion!

Got my fridge here with my aunts, and the staff helped with everything. Including the Styrofoam packaging that we needed to remove in order to fit it in the back. Thank you for the help and apologize for a late review :)

I live about 3 MI from the store and I rode my bike without taking my keys along and I proceeded the lock that the thing up and didn't realize it until I reached for my empty pocket SO waiting upon arrival with my keys my girlfriend I got to speak and interact with some employees and some patrons and let me tell you the quality politeness and just genuine happy about anything people made me glad that I didn't have the key just yet so I could see who else I can understand I'm here multiple tattoos and don't always provide a look that's approachable and this is just coming from spoken experience but not there not that day I had about I say it was almost 10 small little interactions with again some customers and some employees and then one kid he was really cool cuz he started talking more himself then and wanted to pick my brain so yeah that unexpected moments of life that bring you those happening happiness moments like I have those are those words so yeah lock up your bike for your car and this place your keys so you can hang out and talk to everybody about someone else brings you your spares I know it sounds weird but yeah it was good for the review I mean I didn't even know it was happening until if it's over and now I'm reliving and explaining it hey there's a squirrel
