Richard and his crew at VIP are wonderful, professional, and offer exceptional service at fair prices.

After driving half way across country in my tiny car they were able to get me in and all serviced in an afternoon. They checked my tires and alignment. They were very kind in offering advice for new tires when the time comes and I will definitely be coming back for those!

Gave a full inspection and offered services that would be beneficial in the future but never tried to up-sale or over charge.

Spacious waiting area away from the noise, with coffee, hot chocolate, and water.

Bought 4 new tires that were recommended, the price and value of the tires were better than anticipated. I was not familiar with the brand of tires that were recommended and they took the time to explain my options in tires and expressed to my why the recommended the tires I bought. Definitely will be back.

I went to VIP Tires & Service in Rutland, VT with an engine problem on my Toyota Highlander. The service mgr was great and took my car right away. The auto tech correctly diagnosed the water pump was going bad. The job was too big and they recommended I take it to the local Toyota dealer. I appreciate the fact that they correctly diagnosed the problem and were honest about fixing it. Highly recommend and will go back when needed. Thanks!

Great place with great service. I have had my tires checked, my oil changed, my oil done. All my appointments are on time. When I drop in I am met like I made an appointment. Rich is particularly exceptional and knowledgeable in role as a customer service agent.

The customer service was excellent! Very kind and helpful people. I love the snow tires I got from them. I feel so safe in the snow now. I’m glad they recommended them. Keep up the great work! 😊👍

Richard was so helpful when I needed a new tire on a Sunday. The other dealers I spoke to said the new tire would take a few days to be delivered. He ordered it on a Sunday and I will admit that I was skeptical, but in fact it was delivered the next morning. Then I needed a new rim and once again he got one the next morning. They really care about their customers.

With no appointment we were greeted respectfully and added to the days tickets for changing over the snow tires. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area and register counter up front. Great service and appreciated the phone call when our car was done. VIP is our new tire store in Rutland.

This was my first visit. I was pleased by the large waiting area and clean bathroom. The service manager was informative and kept me updated as I waited. I will definitely return with future needs.

Came back in for brake work in February 2024. The staff again provided excellent service all around as my first visit. The tech showed me exactly what the problem was on my vehicle and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Parts had to be ordered, but they were able to get them within an hour and my vehicle was ready shortly afterward. Very pleased again with my experience and recommend VIP Tires & Service in Rutland.

We discovered VIP tires end of October looking for our summer to winter tire rotation. Although they were booked they accommodated me and greeted me in a friendly manner. Once I was entered in their computer system they explained all their services. I am now planning on being a loyal VIP customer and appreciated their hospitality and excellent service.

Have brought my cars here for a few years for tire changes and other maintenance. Richard and his crew are always so kind and helpful. They have a range of availability too so getting an appointment is easy!

I found this auto service store to be very courteous and helpful. They guarantee their work and will beat other store prices. Their work has been exceptional and they have a nice clean store with a comfortable waiting area. Great store all around.

Every single one of the fine gentleman in this establishment I trust whole heartedly. Not only did they give me safe,reliable wheels but you also get a multi point inspection. I went in there last week to get my car realigned and they were quick and fast. I drive all the way from Bristol to Rutland just for these guys. Will continue using them for their services and I highly recommend them for any of your car needs.

Great professional helpful service. Bailed us out of a potential nightmare on a Sunday afternoon when my truck had engine issues. They are patient and help and professional. Nice tidy work and reasonable rates.

CJ was amazing and thorough in his assessment and taking care of reviewing my vehicle for inspection. He explained what was needed in clear language, was caring and extremely helpful in making sure my vehicle was safe and passed inspection. We needed new tires and Richard was fantastic in helping to choose the right tires for best safety and efficacy. He really took care of us to make sure to get us the best price! I so appreciate the help and care the VIP of Rutland staff has provided us in such short order. I HIGHLY recommend VIP Rutland!!!!

I am very impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service and the quality the repair work I received. The mechanic showed me a picture of the repair that needed to be done and explained the procedure. The shop is near and clean and offers coffee and a nice place to work. I would highly recommend this shop!

First visit to VIP last week to install TPMS's on 4 aftermarket wheels. The waiting room was comfortable, the work was done on time, and for a very reasonable price. We'll be trying them out for oil changes soon. Best thing- no attitude, just pleasant conversation.

I went in for a VT State Inspection (Rutland, VT), asked if they gave a Veterans Discount, showed my VA ID card and was not charged for the Inspection! I am extremely grateful to have been honored for my Military Service that way, they do that for all Veterans who can show Military ID. They were great folks in general...Thanks VIP! MLM 1/19/24

This place is great. Techs will come out and talk to you about what’s going on with your rig. They are always able to get you in quick. I will continue to bring my car as problems arise. Fast, friendly, convenient service. Highly recommend.

Richard and his crew at VIP are very professional, knowledgable and offer exceptional service. I've taken my car here plenty of times over the past couple years and every experience was excellent. Even buying tires here is easy and affordable!

We've used dealerships, ma and pa shops, other places like Tire Warehouse but we like these guys the best. The employees are super friendly and communicate so clearly. They provide options and the whole process is transparent with their online tracking system. Prices are reasonable and the few times there's been a mistake, they have made it right immediately.
