TA Truck Service

I didn't get a chance to interact with various employees like others have because I cook on my truck, keep plenty to drink, and my terminal is close enough to shower and wash so I'm in and out for bathroom purposes only.

I still found my experience to be quite enjoyable because of the peace and quiet. We hear the roar of the world more than most people on a daily basis, so quiet, calm, and peace is priceless!

Having clean restrooms and an overall clean store without all the riff raff was definitely worth the visit!!

Nice place the workers could be a little more friendlier but all in all clean,spacious place.Was a quiet stay here .

The nice girls who work here made cookies for the truckers and packaged and wrapped them . It shows a lot of effort!! So sweet. Hope the truck drivers appreciate how thoughtful these ladies are ❤

Went there for a flat trailer tire. Got in and out fast. Never really busy at this spot btw.

As a truck driver this is one of the frequent places i been to and have had no problems there.Parking your truck can be a bit difficult but it's available.

Excellent place. We had some work done at a different TA in Ohio. The wheel seal we had replaced on our Freightliner was still leaking. We stopped at this TA to have it checked out. They were nice inside and told us they would check it and moved use to the head of the line. We got Matt as our technician. He is an excellent mechanic and treats his job like an artist would. Such attention to detail. He discovered it was leaking because they had installed the wrong seal at the other place. He did the job right and with pride. You can tell that nothing he works on, leaves that place less than perfect. I recommend this particular TA for truck service. Especially if you are lucky enough to get Matt. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional as well.

Great clean showers and facility's

I've been to a lot of shops and this is one of the very best! The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful! Paul was a really nice guy and I could tell he was very tired, overwhelmed and overworked but maintained a positive attitude. Prestyn was my tech and he was very thorough with his work! I will definitely return if I'm in the area.

I had left a bad review about the service but the General Manager Melissa did a great job of getting a hold of me to better understand my experience and why it was unpleasant. She did a great job of retaining my business. We all make mistakes but only a few try to make things right. Melissa and her shop team made things right and I’m grateful for that.

Nice one with parking and close to food and Loves

The guys are fair and will work you in fast if they can, been going here for a few years, no complaints

Tony inside and mechanic Matt were AWESOME! We came in for a warranty repair where the TA in Hebron, OH put on the wrong wheel seal by accident. The guys here took care of it right away and even moved us to the front of the line. Matt deserves a raise! 😃 He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the job, and he didn't mind us watching him work. The world needs more guys like him.

Great place to eat, home cooked style meals, wonderful staff, very accommodating. I'm picky and obnoxious when I go out to eat and the wait staff was excellent and helpful.

Quick, friendly service, in and out in less than an hour, was quoted 2 hours wait time on the phone. Will visit again.
