Todd was very helpful got my watch set back up for me and got me a new tablet. Very nice and helpful and talk to me not at me. Made me feel like he understood my frustration with my watch not working right. Thanks for all your help most definitely will be back when I need something.

I was lost without my phone for a few days. (Sad, but true). I went in to see Lonnie and he made my day better. He was patient, honest about my phone options, explained everything, and never tried to sell me additional electronics like some places do. He had me laughing and feeling better by the time I left. I would highly recommend!

Great customer service by Todd. I had a damaged phone that I didn’t have insured but Todd went over and beyond. He’ll try his best to figure out a way to help you with getting a new phone or upgrading.

We went in to get a new device iPhone 15 pro for our business line and the manager Todd Hockney helped us through the entire process. He was absolutely amazing! Great customer service! Come see him! He will help you with phones, iPads, wifi boxes, etc…

This store deserves 10 stars . Todd the store manager is awesome guy he was helping 3 customers simultaneously he is very professional what he does. My screen was damaged so he helped me getting a new phone.
Don't go anywhere else if you need a professional service , go to Verizon located at the Petro truck stop in Carlisle, PA.

He's a great guy, I had a new Sim, that they gave me and I had my old Sim he was able to put my new Sim with my information on it so I could use it, old Sim giving some errors.
