Cheak in is at door 60 they will have you drop trailer in a door and leave your phone number….take any and all load locks and straps out of the trailer before you bobtail to the bull pin outside the gate. There is a porta John across the street on goodnight if you need to use bathroom. People are nice. Unloading is between 2-4 hours about average for a place this size post Covid

Organized-- fast customer service -- plenty of room ,-- top notch place to deliver ,-- even has bobtail area for drivers if they run out of time ,-- can sleep there

Deliver night, before morning delivery, guard was cool and friendly he send me to dock 60 to shipping and they had me drop trailer and was ready to leave in 2 hours. Excellent job. Shipping personal was also cool.

Scott McKnight and his team (driver Kevin) are ON THEIR GAME! Our importer shipped our goods to CA, who then used another trucking company to sent to us via Turtle speed and thankfully SMT Lines in Dallas, TX was contracted by them to make the actual delivery. This delivery was way late and Scott had his team EXPEDITE it for us so that we could meet our client's In Hands Date! We are ever so GRATEFUL for them!!!

Checked in one day earlier and security 💂‍♂💂‍♂💂‍♂💂‍♂guard 💂‍♂ 💂‍♂💂‍♂sent me to door 60 around building checked in with shorty, very cool professional gentleman, got my bols signed,,gave them to me without unloading truck, I unhooked my trailer was told to park outside, went to eat at Chinese restaurant nearby which there’s a lot of them close by, finished eating 🍽 he called me to come pick up trailer, no more than 2 1/2 hrs and I was out of there!!!!!Ty SMT very professional,
Didn’t take any pictures drivers,,,but it’s a very easy going in & out of facility, very organized on regards to trailers where not obstructing any movements and enough space to maneuver my Classic XL to back up!!!!!✅🚛🇺🇸🙌💂‍♂💂‍♂💂‍♂🦾

Had to pick up a trailer in Dallas delivering it in Memphis Tennessee trailer was in excellent condition with looks like new tires I was in and out in less than 30 minutes

No problems making delivery, dropped trailer. Great security personnel at gate and great receiving and dock personnel. Thanks to all.
